First of all the people who take orders on the phone should be familiar with the menu and understand English and know how to spell. My name isn't that hard .Susan. I had to repeat it 3 times for her and spell it 3 times. Now I visited this IHOP regularly during COVID and they knew me when I phoned. The food was good and hot and reasonably priced.Last night I ordered two steak burgers with a side salad, and pancakes, one with no mayo and the other with sauce. I went right down to pick it up and it had been ready for a while at the front desk. Needless to say it was cold. When I' got home not only did I have to cut the bag open because they had tied it in a knot, but there was no side salad . I then went to eat the steakburger and it was so raw it was not edible.I phoned but if course they were closed so I left a message for the general manager. No courtesy of a return call.Back when the restaurants were shut down due to COVID the owner I assumed was down there trying to keep it open. They had few customers but I was a regular. That owner and mgr kept that place open by Good customer service and good food. I noted the couple in front of me were turned away because it was too close to closing time and couldn't help but think if the owner was there he would have welcomed them, glad for the business.
Very good lady server. Brought us each a ice cold ice tea. We checked menu, ordered, pancakes with fresh blueberries.Very yummy Martha Hampton
Best hashbrowns I've had in awhile. Perfectly crispy. The waiter was good but the front host was oblivious. I'm almost positive I saw two different groups wak put without paying and then when we were leaving. Not even a minute after paying, one person in my party needed to use the restroom.. while we waited for him to use it, the host asked is we would like a table for 2. We had JUST paid for our meal.
Not worth the money!!Is your want something tasty just cook it yourself....Service was horrible the food made me sick we waited to be seated a fair time but once seated the food took for ever.
Menu options are alright but nothing like no refills and serving not even luke warm eggs over medium. The wait to get food is 30 minutes. It's one thing that place are understaffed but maybe limit number of visitors to be able to produce quality food.
Breakfast was ok, service was slow, but I wasn't in a hurry.
We always enjoy our IHOP breakfast with their wide range of choices for our meal. We both had the Vegtable omlette which were big and delicious. Also love their Pancakes. Plenty of room for everyone there. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place to family and friends. ?
You don’t have options that accurately describe my dissatisfaction. I ordered curbside pick up. A text said to say when I was on my way, which I did. Next text said to write “Here” when I arrived. I did. Next text said “We see you. Your order will be brought to you shortly. After 25 minutes, I called and they said that I had to go in. I wanted to know why I was told it would be brought out to me. She raised her voice and was extremely rude to me. I was a waitress and would never talked to a customer like that. Then we finally got our food, got home and it was the wrong order. Terrible service.
Last time (pre Covid) I was here it was really good. Large portions fast service Hot food, friendly waitress, hot coffee kept coming… now ??? No refills on coffee or hot tea?—come on you guys… really?, the hot tea wasn’t hot and the cup wasn’t even 2/3 full ? waiter was fairly unfriendly. Food was warm seemed like a longer wait time.
Inexpensive and easy. No problem parking. We got in, we ate pancakes, we got out. Service was good. And IHOP pancakes are always good. Restaurant is a bit dated and they have a combination lock on the restrooms. A sign of the times I guess.
