Service wasn't that good. We waited for a good 5 minute before I went up to find someone to seat my family and there wasn't alot of people that time when we went. After seating, the server was attentive and we didn't wait long for food to be served. I probably wouldn't go back to this one though and elk grove one have better service since I've gone to that one a few times.

Terrible and slow. Called for a pickup and immediately was placed on hold. I waited 5 minutes before hanging up and coming to the location for to go (I don’t like ordering online because there are no substitutions). Waited inside for 3-4 minutes with the same team members passing multiple time, not even greeted once. No one stays in the front to greet or seat people. I understand being busy but that is absolutely unprofessional. I won’t be back to this location.

Dine in with daughter. Host was friendly and we did not have to wait to be seated Restaurant was clean and waitress was pleasant. Food we order was very good and more than enough. Coffee was ?.

Always delicious. The pickup area is slightly confusing. For future curbside pickups you have to drive around the back of the building entering on the right hand side and parking on the left hand side in "curbside parking" then ring a doorbell and they will bring you your order. Great price though especially in the app with discounts.

Um wow currently writing this in the restaurant, we got seated immediately and I appreciate how fast and efficient they were with that. However once we got seated the waitress came with the absolute worst attitude, no notepad, and distracted.. When I ordered something she made a face and turned away from me. I also work in food service and I was just dumbstruck by the amount of attitude that she gave. I love ihop but I will not be coming back to this one.

We were being a costumers for 14 years at this location, but today we went with my family for breakfast and the waitress (Gina) was so rude with us, just because I told her that we were missing a drink!This is my second time with her that I have a bad service. I have no idea how she is a manager, she doesn't know how to give nice costumer service!

The host the waiter the hours polite nice and made me feel comfortable the food came hot and to me that is good service

There food is ok. I usually go for the pancakes which are always the best. My issue is following instructions, specifically on their to go orders. I called after placing an order (the app didn't allow for additional comments) to have additional pancake syrup included in my order. I order a full stack (5) and a short stack (3) of pancakes. I asked for 3 to go cups of strawberry and 3 to go cups of blueberry syrup. When I got my order there was one of each and one maple syrup. How is three small cups of syrup covering 8 pancakes? Also what makes it more frustrating is the man on the phone asked people around him and repeated my instructions back to me! The ability to follow instructions and think logically seems lost these days. How can you look at an order of 8 pancakes and think 3 to go cups of syrup is enough? If i didn't love IHOP pancakes so much I would consider not ordering here again.

Quick and easy breakfast with good service.

Sadly, I will no longer visit this IHOP. I made a reservation for 20 people 1 week in advance and spoke with manager Jenny/Genny. She took my name and number. The day of dinner I am told by host that my reservation should have been canceled 3 days prior due to manager Jenny/Genny having told all employees that maintenance had been scheduled for Sunday, Dec 19th. I was not called by anyone in advance. Host offered to stay and serve us only til 6pm. Cooks refused and manager called to speak to me to explain that it had been my responsibility to check back the Saturday prior to event. This was a lie. Jenny/Genny very coldly stated that she always gave that instruction to anyone who reserved. I was very frustrated and explained that I had neither been told that by her nor had i agreed to that. (In fact, I was so appreciative of the reservation being available that I stated that I was a good tipper. Jenny/Genny had chuckled upon our initial conversation and stated she was happy to help and only wanted to make sure we would have a server just to help our group.) Jenny/Genny stated she remembered that part of our conversation, then offered to call the Meadowview IHOP to see if we could be accommodated for same day dinner reservation. This was absurd being that my guests had already started arriving. My dinner guests were volunteers of our nonprofit for youth in delinquency, parents of incarcerated youth, and on and off probation youth in the community. This was a terrible last minute issue to thrust on them. Fortunately, we recovered with very welcoming Mexican restaurant- La Soga in same plaza. We gave our server a $60 tip for AMAZING SERVICE ? ? ?
