Service was poor. Took forever to get our drinks, and to order our food. Our waitress was unattentive and we barely had refills on our drinks. Waited about 20 mins to be seated as well. Will not be going back to this location
I mean... its iHop, you don't choose to go here.. you end up here.Came with my mother to get breakfast Sunday morning before catching a flight (around 7am). We were 1 of 3 table . After about 15 minutes of waiting the waitress came over and told us she forgot to put out order in. Not really any other highs or lows; bill was $50 for my moms pancake plate and my waffle.
The food and service was up to expectations. But the utensils and glasses was beyond filthy. We had to ask for disposable utensils and cups. The glasses had food, finger and lips print on the mandatory the forks still had food in them. It was nasty.
So usually, I dont do reviews but I was soooo disappointed and appalled at the lack of service and the horrible service. Now all things considered, we are still trying to recovering from the on-going pandemic. But I need them to fix this.. When I first came in no one was available to greet us.. secondly was told the wait was 10 mins with plenty of available tables. Then by the time we were seated.. a server refused to allow us to be seated in his section siting to many tables. We finally getting seated in the back and wait for over 10 mins before the manager realizes no one has helped us. During this time we literally watched 4 tables of people some in before us and some after. They were never greeted and only had drinks.they literally walked out and some paid and others didnt. This was unacceptable. Our food took forever for our food to come out.
Food was what you would expect nice pancake but the 3.25 fir a coke/Coffee is outrageous I came wirh Starbucks even 2.50 Is to much. I'll bring a drink or Drink lemon water and sugar sweetn low. Coke in a restaurant cost 12 cents maybe 25 these days. To make it go to 3.25 na. Food is expensive I hop was 28 dollars for 2 senior meals and a soda with tip. 28 dollars fir breakfast for 2 seniors. I'll cook at home. STOP ROBBING PEOPLE
I've always come to this location but this last time service was horrible, I understand personal was short staff but u can't just ignore ppl . Prices are up to the sky at least great the customer w a smile or sumting .Food was $59 something for 2 ppl.2 coffee and 2 plates for me it was a little pricey.
I have been waiting for more then 40 minutes and they didn’t even bring the forks, for sure this is the worst restaurant ever?
We've been here few times and we always like to order the same stuff, omelets, pancakes and coffee, just keeping it simple. Never had too much wait or incorrect order.
This is genuinely one of the worst IHOPS i’ve ever been to. The hosts took over 20 minutes to seat us, even though the restaurant was empty. Then, the manager basically kicked out a homeless man, despite the fact he WAS GOING TO PAY FOR HIS FOOD. I found this really evil because the man was not disturbing anybody and who knows how much time it took him to collect money to eat there.The service was kind of fast but the food seemed and tasted old and overheated. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend visiting this restaurant.
love it. the waitresses are polite and help full with any thing on the menu. what i like about it is that they come back around even if there alot of people the come and ask. what else can i get for you. should go cheek it out.
