Service was good, but floors were dirty, the menus had dried food all over them and were very sticky to the touch. The booths had crumbs and one side was sticky. I DO UNDERSTAND MANY RESTAURANTS are understaffed. But I believe that customers would appreciate a cleaned and sanitized restaurant and would wait to be seated and served. Won't be back.
Food was fast and fresh.. they didn't a good job with the crowd. My only complaint is it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. I understand cooking in the kitchen but leave doors open if that's the case. Staff was very friendly.
Food wasn’t bad, service was good and fast. But as soon as I finished eating, a tiny red spider comes crawling out of my utensil napkin. Disgusted!
The tomato on my sandwich was so sad it looked like something that came out of a garbage can. My sister was eating an onion ring and pull a big piece of hair out of her mouth. We will never go eat here ever ever again..

Had the best service from Tiffany recently. I usually come here and the service is mediocre at best but one server went above and beyond the call. Since the moment we entered and when we left through the front door, Tiffany was nice and attentive to our table. She was there for constant needed refills and not one time did I have to get up to get her attention. Left a hefty tip for the best service I've ever received. Thank you for great work and kindness. Wish you the best. Great job.
I have been here with my family several times and every time Dani or Daniela is my server we have no complains about her or the service. She is kind, attentive, and courteous with us. I keep coming back here because I love the food and the service is amazing with great people like Dani.
Easy to find. Clean and friendly staff. Great food as always. I had the spicy poblano omelette, it was HELLA good. Me gusta que hablan español. Buen provecho.
We lost our IHOP in Chico during the Pandemic in 2021. It hurt for awhile, but we got over it...visiting this one reminded me why. My family and I walked in on a Friday night (5:15pm) to a near-empty restaurant. We noticed only 1 waitress, 1 cook, and 1 dishwasher. It took the server 10 minutes to get to us, and she took our order w/o a notepad. The food arrived fairly quickly (a sign of a good cook), but the meal went down from there. The 2 omelets were fairly smallish, and almost devoid of inner meat/vegetables, the ham and bacon were small and over- cooked, and the sweet pancakes (Pumpkin and Cranberry respectively) were good, but overly large in comparison to everything else. NO refills on our drinks, constantly asking for syrup and butter, and once the check arrived, NO further contact from our server. I can see why a lot of their restaurants are either closed/closing OR devoid of patrons. I wanted to give more stars, but in good faith I CAN'T. There has to be better substitutes in Sacramento... find them and eat there instead.
Cool place to eat but both of the waitresses are hard to deal with
