The food was awful. My dog wouldn't even eat those chicken and waffles! The waffles were hard enough to break a window or busy someone's head accidentally if they were thrown at them. Called the restaurant and lady said its because they were delivered??? No they weren't cooked right. She hu g up on me and I called back but she won't pick up the phone. I asked for a mgr but she said she was in charge. I want my 56.00 back!
Terrible I placed an order for pickup up while I was in the parking lot on my way home. They said it would take 30 minutes an they would bring it out to me. I checked in on the app I waited it said we see your in the parking lot your food will be right out.... A hour and 45 minutes later nothing.... My husband had to go inside to get it the girl at the counter just tossed him the bag an dismissed him. An they forgot to give me my hot chocolate by this time my husband had already reached his boiling point so he wasn't Going to go back inside. So very disappointed with this location if I could have GIVEN them a zero ⭐'s I would have.
Outstanding customer service. We always come here because the employees make the experience. Food is good but the servers and cooks clearly go above and beyond. I always shoe up with 6 or 8 in my party. E eryone is fast and friendly.
This IHOP is on a busy street corner but the place was very clean even the restroom and the staff was awesome all smiles and present There was what appeared to be a homeless man in the lobby placing a to go order sitting in the bench with menu in hand I think thankful to be out of the elements and enjoying the soft cushions the hostess was kind patient and treated him with dignity He placed his order waited and left quietly I found this very human and affirming
customer service wasn't very well
Aside from this IHOP (East Sac) running their servers ragged being forced to be both servers and hosts, I tipped my server really well because she did an amazing job running all over the place. But how they treat their employees is despicable, especially the staff of color. Have some decency and staff the host counter...pretty simple.
Not enough staff. Super slow service even thought they place was practically empty. Food was edible but nothing to write home about. I will go elsewhere next time
Service was slow but the food was "ok". I don't blame the server, however. This is a management issue in that only having one server is an issue when there are homeless people who are having mental health issues and there's only one server to deal with itI feel bad for the server: she was doing the best that she could under the circumstances.
I've visited this particular IHOP locale ~5-7X's More than I'd like to admit. The food is Overpriced, under portioned, low quality, and all topped off with a cherry off shoddy service.Heck I could Hop along for some better nourishment...IHOPE
The dulce de leche and new York cheesecake pancakes were great. My chicken fajita omlette was a 2 out of 10. It was bland and had no flavor and they forgot to put the salsa and sour cream in the bag. Very disappointing as it sounded so good.
