It used to be better, I’m judging this more off of how it was when it was a smaller place in a different location, mainly because the chicken did taste better before they moved, but also because one of my favorite items is no longer on the menu, which was the zucchini that you could order fried in the spicy batter. It’s pretty average now, as someone that has eaten KFC in America in my lifetime, it’s on par with that. It was more special but its lost that feel.
I have been here quite a few times. Previously, I had ordered chicken buckets for a take-out and they were scrumptious. Though on my recent dine-in visit during Ramadan, I went with Thick Sourdough and it was deliciously belly-filling with fries. It was a bit crowded the time I went as it was near iftari and the tables outside had not been cleaned after serving previous customers; they had dirty spots all over, looking as though they were almost permanent. The tables outside are also outdated, becoming wobbly and unbalanced and were not properly maintained. The food is pricey, as you can expect at any halal restaurant/place. Even though it might be busy, the owner didn't forget about dine-in orders. Almost 20 minutes had passed and I went in to check on my order, lo and behold, he was about to serve us. Overall, how you imagine this food to be before ordering is how it is actually going to taste like. Halal food, hands down, is the best. No comparison.
The Fried Chicken is Good\\nThe owner (man with Glasses) is Very Condescending and We always experience Patronizing Attitude from him. The man\\nNeeds an attitude adjustment. He Makes it not worth going.
The food here is delicious. I like how the meat is halal, and they offer free sides with the meal. The service here is nice and quick. Highly reccomend this restraunt!
Halal Fried Chicken is hands down The Very Best Fried ? Chicken!! Ever! You may not ever go back to KCF after trying Halal! The service is friendly, helpful and courteous. The fried chicken is made with a delicious light batter, so tasty & crunchy. ? They also have fabulous waffles & chicken as well as an excellent huge fish sandwich, Yum! I love their chicken tenders (made with that awesome batter) and their chicken cesear salad is superb (but for take out you will need to request the salad dressing on the side or your salad will be soggy & wilted). So glad they settled in my neighborhood!!
Good people, and very service oriented. Couple of times we have been there, nothing but good feeling, and felt good to be there. Of course, halal restaurant and thank you for that opportunity for us who are looking for the halal food.
date is jan10,2022 on a Monday evening: Food took about 10 minutes and I heard our food cookin hahaha!i had spicy chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, garlic fries, cheesy fries, breast, thigh and wing combo.Me and my bro from kenya went here in natomas and this is NOT a force or pressured review by some crazed owner.\\nThe chicken was excellent! the spice was more flavorful trust me! of the highest quality chicken. Nothing dry or over cooked etc. I was pleasently surprise. garlic fries were spicy and delicious. The Brothas and Sistahs out here cook with Soul! Even the mac and cheese had butter in it and no heart burn after.. For those out there who do not know... Heart burn is usually a sign of low quality oil and fake gmo food. Halal Foods Is Good and Priced Decent.. We paid 44 dollars for 2 people. I will be returning! Service was good but A guy like me, only focuses on how good the food is.. I will be returning!! Thank You Halal Fried Chicken! Salam Wah Lakum :)
I grew up on fried chicken. My grams made the best. But i prefer Halal fried chicken ANY day of the week. Ive been coming here since they were in Rancho. They know me by name and by order. Dark meat with coleslaw. I dream about this chicken. Lol\\nOwner is always awesome. Love chatting with him and his employees while i wait for my order. I have never had a bad experience here and I go here a LOT!
Crispy and tasty fried chicken. Seems like a family run business where whole family working at the place. (Haven't confirmed that info though).\\n\\nFood is halal.\\n\\nComparatively pricier than other halal fried chicken joints. A bucket of 16 pieces was about $38 and with 4 sides it was $48 (12/31/2021).
I have came here a couple of times and each time it’s a 10/10 experience. Service is super good and food is amazing! My favorite place for fried chicken in the area!
