1st time here. We are very happy with the service and food. We came here to celebrate our younger daughter’s bday. We plan to go back and thinking to recommend it to people. We came this place Saturday but Monday came and check my bank account and seen a double charge. I called speak to manager. She said she’s new & don’t how to take care this problem. Was to,d that here general manger will call me. Didn’t get a call. Called back and was to,d her manager in conference & she will call me tomorrow. I said I want to settle this now. Said I will get a call for half hour and until now nothing. I’m sad, mad, and frustrated. Why they do this to people how about this happened to them. So I won’t recommend this place.
I really like all the marinades on the meats. The meat quality is pretty good but not the best. They have your standard banchan but nothing to write home about. I really like that they have a variety of sauces.
Great food and our service was excellant. A little expensive, that is to be expected. Restrooms were clean but in the men's it was missing a hot water handle. It lost a star for having duct tape on the seats, yuck! It lost another star because of parking, it is in a crowded mall.
Very disappointed, this will be my first and last time I order from Gen Korean BBQ. The portion of meat is small, I'm getting more rice than anything else. Paying the amount that I paid I would expect a little more meat. Ive been to other Korean BBQ places and never had a problem like this.
the smoked pork belly was very good....they need more of a seafood menu but overall it was a good experience
Great , great experience at Gen customer service was way past a 5 star from the three young men that served Me & my mother Ryan , Diego & Jason , our first time visiting the restaurant everything was so neat & clean. All the food was very good & well put together First time experiences is always the best & the servers made it worth wild. Definitely a most try. Will be going back very soon
Surprisingly pretty darn good. The galbi is Thinly sliced so it cooks fast. No steamed egg here. The tofu soup and fermented bean soup both taste good and have depth of flavor. The meats available for dinner are good but the side dishes are mediocre. Service is friendly but seems like they need more people working like every restaurant right now so it's no one's fault. Need to request for sauces.
The food is good. I like that you can cook ur food yourself on the grill. The only thing is that I wish that had more side dishes.

Was definitely looking forward to this place till I called on a Friday night to reserve “A table for 32 people” for Saturday just when arriving for reservation they said they messed up and they had a table ready the following Sunday what upsetted me the most was it was for my birthday I had many guest come just to let them know the restaurant messed up the reservation date the manager didn’t have anything to say to even make upFor this issue. They definitely need better EXPERIENCED Management/Reception especially on their busiest days through the weekend
