I love the Ice cream here nothing better than some good soft serve ice cream! Another pro on the Hot food side is the ability to order a bacon cheeseburger and get BEEF Bacon! This is the best of the best being a non pork eater! Oh and don’t forget 20 piece chicken nuggets w/fries for $7. Drop the Golden Arches and come to Frosty Queen!!!
Fries are good. Orders take a really long time, employees aren't very friendly. Drink station looked like someone started to clean it and never finished, chemicals left out, mats hanging on the rail in the dining area, all the chairs were on the tables even though they were offering dine in. The bathroom is ATROCIOUS. I wouldn't have ordered at all if I'd seen the bathroom first. Several customers complained about service times while I was there and there were no communications from staff for long wait times when we ordered or apologies that it was taking so long. Over all I won't be eating here again, I can't speak for the kitchen but the rest of the restaurant was dirty and not ready for customers.
You can't go wrong eating here. The food has always been delicious! Prices are very good too!
Food is good. Service is extremely slow. Took at least 5 min to even see someone at the window. Four milkshakes weren't even started till after I paid. Unsanitary!!! Workers make/handle food without hair nets or gloves. Several times long haired staff have hair down and/or in disarray. Luckily haven't gotten sick from eating here or found hair in my food.
The same person accepting cash and making the shakes and ice cream cones with no gloves!We visit this place often but tonight I was very disgusted! The same girl that accepted cash from the customer in front of me was preparing our shake and ice cream cone WITHOUT gloves. Mind you the spoons are faced upwards so she grabbed the spoon on the side we put in our mouth. When I told her I didn’t want her making my son shake because she accepted the person in front of me money, she then became very rude and had a serious attitude and said she washed her hands. I told her that was a lie and she should have gloves or not prepare food at all. She became extremely rude snatched my card and shoved it back to me. THEN another girl came over and tried to give me the SAME shake and I told them no they are going to make a new one because I don’t want that germ infested shake, they thought it was funny. Either way I feel the manager should know about this an do some training because this is a true health hazard! Keep an eye on who’s accepting your payment and who’s preparing your food!
I don't know what seasoning there was on my avocato burger, but it was great. There was just enough heat to let me know there were spices, but not enough to actually make my mouth burn. It was unexpected, and very welcome.
I have never been here before, just got done working out and wanted something to eat, stopped by here, was VERY excited to know that they have salads!!! I got the grilled chicken salad, it was very good, chicken was moist and cooked well. Tomatoes chunks nice and big, cheese delicious, bit too much lettuce but overall I would go here again! Even the burgers, fries, and shakes all looked delicious!!
Ordered the candy ice cream with Reese's peanut butter cups and for 6.99 got like a 2 pint giant cup. There hot pastrami sandwich is on point also. Definitely a must try there menu is huge with options. Something for everyone for sure!!!
It has tasty treats and offers since unique food to have. Daily specials are good. With labor shortages be aware that there is going to be a wait.Staff is friendly and upbeat.
