So Disappointed! Went from “ handcrafts “ to the size of an In and Out burger for double the price and wait! Have gone here for years and will pay extra but not now. Sucks! Waited 30 minutes as well!
Food OK.. Actually Good...Lobby area ClosedSketchy area wouldn't go there at nightGo to drive thru window...order... and they give you a buzzer to come back around and pick up your food.... Again food good ...but SLOW
Ordered 4 burgers and two fries .. was told it was going to take 5 minutes . Waited out front for 20 minutes .. finally went to the front door which was locked by the owner and apparently lost his keys . The server tried to talked to me threw the crack in the door . The owner insured it would be out shortly , the burgers came at 30 mins and the fries were shortly after . I live 3 mins from the restaurant, when I got home the food was cold and not very good . Poor Managment between the owner and the cooking staff . Will never be back again .
The food was pretty tasty. The menu is creative. The peanut butter shakes are great and go surprisingly well with the burgers which can be a little messy. That's not a complaint; it's usually a sign of a really good burger which I think applies here.I'm bummed that they're still drive-through-only. As convenient as drive through can seem it isn't always and it really takes away from the experience. Also, they can take awhile to make the food and who wants to wait 15 minutes at a drive through? So I'm taking one star off which I may reward back to them later if they re-open the dining room.
Man! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Fries and shake two thumbs up. Definitely coming back.
Ordered a veggie burger and sweet potato fries. Food was really good. Only reason I’m giving four stars is because no one was wearing gloves while preparing food.
Drive thru only, you must own a car to eat here at present. Ordered a blue burger and fries. Took 25 minutes and there was only 2 cars in the lot waiting for their order. Burger patty was salty af and burnt. Rest of the ingredients seemed good and fries were good. BUT YA CANT HAVE A BURGER JOINT WITH BAD BURGER PATTIES
Staff had an attitude when I walked in to order. Said the dining room is closed go order through the drive-thru and I can sit outside and eat. Was really looking forward to eating here but probably won't be back
Just off the freeway, we pulled off for lunch on our way home from Tahoe. Glad we chose to be swayed by the Yelp rating, over the convenience of an “on the freeway” chain option. Location is slightly run down, and strict COVID protocols are still in place (drive through only). Burgers were really solid, and there are lots of variations to choose from. The hot link sausage was really good also, satisfying my craving for something spicy. The fries were likewise very solid (especially the curly fries). Note fris do not come with an order - you need to order those separately. Shakes are very tasty (we had cookies & cream and chocolate peanut butter).
The hamburgers are very good and high quality. The french fries are excellent and they give you a good portion. At the moment the dining room is closed due to Covid concerns, but the drive thru is very well run. Just order in advance, try tell you when it is ready, then just drive through and pick up your order. You can also order in the drive thru and you are given a pager so you can drive through when it is ready. There are also a few outside tables.
