Been waiting 50 minutes for a shake, no meal or fries just a shake. Still haven’t gotten it. Guy was yelling for some ketchup for 15 mins before he got it.I’ll pass on this place again

way cleaner and better than the Ikea adjacent five guys. no hobos outside. no trash at the tables. ???
The food was absolutely amazing and worth the 10 minute wait. The bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and all the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
I usually get a great meal at 5 guys but the meal I received tonight was the worst burger I have ever had. The burger was hard and only a third of the the size of the bun. I will never eat at this location again and will think twice before ever eating at a 5 guys again. I will tell everyone I know about how horrible this location is.
My meal was delicious as ever. Unfortunately, for me, they were out of mushrooms so I got my usual with bacon, grill onions and grilled green peppers and of course cheese.
Over a week ago went to five guys @ Natomas & no bbq & today I gave it another try & of course no bbq. What kind of burger joint has 0 bbq. What next no bacon or no French fries. Needs to work on actually having items on stock u sale. Then you won't lose out on sales. Will never return to this location. Used to come here every other week
This is insane.... I came in and ordered @6:17.... It's almost 6:40......If you got 100 online orders you should tell walk in customers they will be waiting
Eveytime we go here we order cajun fries but always give us regular fries.
I Like Five Guys, The Fries and Burgers came Really Good
