We had ordered on the phone and some things got lost in translation, which is totally understandable. Once I came to pickup the order and made the staff aware of the mistake, I was instantly taken care of. I appreciate how fast they remade the order. I was expecting it to be harder or have it cost more but I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed fresh wings with great customer service.
Wings were dry, fries were barely warm. Pizza hut has juicier and more flavorful wings..
Lost a star for the small, dry wings I got. Still, as a fast food joint they get 4 stars for surpassing my expectations.
Feathers, feathers, feathers! Only eat the wings here if you don’t mind plucking or eating feathers, which most likely means the wings are not properly cleaned. This place used to be one of my regulars. The wings had been tasty and not overcooked (moist and not dry on the inside) though.
TL:DR Bad Service as pickup order was not ready for Superbowl. Story: So I get there early and check in. After 30+ mins, still no order and I missed the kick-off. When asked what was taking so long, staff told me pickup orders were not started until after check-in. What's the point of placing a pick-up order, if it's not ready at pick-up time. Prior notice would have been helpful, I would have arrived one-hour early. Fire Wings is good for chicken wings. But this location needs to work on service so as to not ruin the brand. Good luck.

I never write reviews, but wanted to point out that this location ha the worst service in the industry. Fire wings is good, but first time at this location. Seemed like no one in the front knew how to take care of their customers as they looked like they didn’t want to be there in the first place.I waited an hour for my chicken sandwich for to go, constantly asking 5 times when the food will be ready. Each of those times they said just give it 5 minutes. Then when it reached the hour, I asked again and they said they will START my order now. At that moment, I just wanted a refund after wasting that much time. List goes on with the wrongs at this location, but I was definitely not the only one noticing that thing were off tonight.
Website wasn't working for online orders. No one answered the phone so we can order for pick up. Went in and ordered buffalo wings and mango habanero wings. They tasted like boiled, unseasoned chicken, slathered in sauce. None of which were actually spicy. Fries were ok, a bit overcooked and dry. They also forgot our ranch. Overall, I got to eat but I wasn't satisfied with the flavors and probably won't go back again :(
Ordered the Nashville Chicken fries tonight. Was really disappointed from what I saw on the mento to what I got. They maybe cut on 5 nuggets into 3 pieces. Put them on a bed of mostly fries. Threw on a few pickles. The spice was just dumped on top of it. Nothing was coated but the top layer of pickle and mostly fries. It tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of paprika on it. I've never been so sick to my stomach. These are just as bad as Wing Stop's "curry" nuggets.
An excellent wing spot in a great area. The staff was quick to help my visually impaired friend with the menu. Saigon street flavor was definitely the highlight of the night
