I ordered 40 wings yesterday and they gave me the wrong types of wings. I got home was really disappointed/upset they were wrong I went back and they completely ignored me since they had just closed. I just wanted either my money back or my wings it was super frustrating since I had to go somewhere else to buy something else for 2 of the people that don’t eat the wings they had given us. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve at least came out to talk to me instead of completely ignoring me.
When you pay EXTRA for extra wet. That really means only sauce half the wing. Worst FW in Elk Grove
Ordered online. Went to pick up. I brought the food home. Opened it and it was missing items. I know I probably should of checked, but I didn't. Either way, I called and they told me to go pick up the items that were left out of the bag. I got there and picked up items. I didn't get any apologies or anything for my time or their mistake.
This was the first time I ate there.. I ordered what they called 'Dragon" seasoned Tenders. I don't taste any seasoning. Tastes more like old oil. French fries were average Nothing special...Highlydoubt I'll spend my $$ there again. I was in the mood for something firey... so sad.
Always yummy. The seasoned fries are the best! Try the Korean Kick wings you won't regret it.
Worst wings ever! Ordered it around 9 pm at their location close to Elk Grove, CA, and it doesn’t even feel like fire wings. Everything was cold not warm COLD. There is no seasoning. Or whatsoever! TooMuch breaded. Usually they make their wings crispy with the right amount of seasoning. This was a whole big disappointment! Their management needs to check how they are giving out their food. Totally ruined our night
This place has really went downhill. Throughout the last 6-12 months I have had wings with increased fat, less sauce and flavor, increased wait times and staff that quite frankly, does not care about the customers. The last 3-4 times I have picked up an order, several employees (4-5) were sitting there talking while several people continue to wait in line. I realize it may be hard to find good employees, but someone has got to be there in management to keep things in order or you are not going to last. When you started started, I absolutely loved you guys. Trends come and go...there will be another establishment to take your place. I have a pretty high tolerance and pay good money for food / service every week. You may not even care, but you have lost a customer. Wish the best..
As a delivery driver I wanted to give a shout out to this restaurant for the noticable improvements on your DoorDash Orders. In the past, I would avoid this restaurant like the plaque because of the long wait times. However as of recently you have improved tremendously. I do not wait longer than 10m which is a great improvement from the previous 30m wait times. The young black girl who works the to-go order counter doe a FABULOUS job at monitoring the orders and getting us in and out. Keep up the good job and I will keep delivering your food!
Will NEVER eat here again!!!! Spent $65 on cold fries that tasted like chalk. And chicken bones!! I say bones, cause there was no Chicken on them bones!!! So I'll stick to Wingstop from now on!
I come here a little too often now. The flavor variety, the quality of their chicken, how well its fried without being dry, their different fries, and just the customer service altogether outstanding!! The vibe in this store allows me to sit back and be comfortable while eating some chicken wings with my friends and relax a bit after a long day. 10 out of 10 would recommend...easily!
