Love the staff, the beer and especially the artwork on the cans. The chocolate milk brown ale is the best ?
Really good flight and the craft beer was amazing. Looking to go back more often given the great size portions of flight serving.
Very good beer selection, prices are just fine. Relatively quiet for a large bar which is a nice feature. Haven't tried the food yet.
Well, what can I say? I live in the east bay and wanted to go to Fieldwork Brewing’s Berkeley location, but it still hasn’t quite worked out. Sigh. Anyway, I found myself in Sacramento, during Covid. This review is months late though. I even forget the flights I had. But just to say: these people make amazing beer. I mean not just good, but sensational. Subtle, complex, various, like really beautiful music that has a lot to it. Maybe it was just my mood that night, but I don’t think so. I think the flight samples I chose (tending to malty, not hoppy) were absolutely delicious, and each different. Go see for yourself. Plus, at least at the time I went a few months ago, because of Covid, the outdoor seating on the closed- off street felt very European, very beer gardeney. Mmmmm.
Fieldwork Brewing Company has been on my brewery bucket list for quite awhile. I had high expectations, from reading the reviews and it being recommended by a close Instagram friend. The recent remodel gives the brewery a spacious, industrial feel. The patio would be a great place to sit during the warmer months. It has a romantic, intimate ambiance with low hanging lights and landscaping. The staff was amazing. They brought countless samples of beer for me to try, until I found exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend bar games or activities for customers that want to do more than watch sports on TV. Also, a couch or two for the couples that want to get cozy. The location makes Fieldwork Brewing a great date spot. First meet for a beer. If you'd like to prolong the date, there are plenty of places close by for life music or entertainment. Parking can be an issue. You may have to walk a couple of blocks to find a parking spot. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
Good beer, good food. We got lucky with parking and got a spot fairly close.
Ate out doors on the patio. Plenty of space to spread out from other patrons so Covid wasn't any concern. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great beers on tap. Very reasonably priced!
