We have been here twice in the past two weeks working a job around the corner. Both times they have had terrible customer service. We walked in today and first thing we noticed was there was no chairs put down, we had to pull down our own chairs. Next is the entire stock for the restaurant is all over the seating area, its a complete mess. It took them almost 15 minutes just to take our order, then they forgot my order all together. My co workers got halfway through their meal before I had to get up and ask about mine. They couldn't even remember what I had ordered. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The entire crew needs retraining, I will never be back to this location. Sad because we love dickeys...
The ladies here could use a customer service class on friendliness, but I guess that comes with the territory when offering fast service. I like that they also offer military discount, so two pluses. I got the pulled pork sandwich meal and it was pretty okay. The macaroni and cheese wasn't all that great, but the potato salad was better. However, I didn't like the huge chunks of potatoes that was rather steamed than mushy cooked. Will not be trying this place again, but it was worth trying for one night.
This was our first time eating at Dickey's and I have to say Kim and Jen were so nice and so professional. And to top it off the Barbecue was amazing. I honestly wish we had on in Chico,CaWill be back the next time we are in Natomas. Also Kids eat FREE on Sundays ya'll!Thanks for providing awesome service!!- Brooks Family

Picked up a 2 meat plate with the burnt ends and brisket and also Mac & the potato salad. Everything was so good and had good flavors!! The guy at the register was so nice also
Absolutely horrible experience for the Natomas location. We received our order with no sauces and missing drinks (our food was dry). I tried calling to resolve the issue and the employee I spoke with “Billy” (probably a fake name I was given as he laughed when he stated his name) was extremely rude. He was talking with other people while on the phone with me and had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. He told me he can’t do anything about it and hung up on me. I called back and he was just as rude and again, did nothing for me. I spent over $60 to not receive what I paid for. Extremely disappointing and based off this experience, won’t be coming back. I was not refunded or given the missing items!
This store was dirty, staff wasn't wearing masks, gloves, or hair nets. Using bare hands across products. Received food that was cold and over cooked (meat texture was mush). Family all ended up sick from the food.
Wish I could give 10 stars. Kim and Taj were so helpful and nice!! We ordered take out for 6 people at lunchtime on a sunday and we were in and out really quick. The meats were divine and the sides were perfect. Took us all back to the South with every bite. Sorry, no pics. We couldn't wait to eat, it smelled so good!! ❤?
Spent $50 on a to go order. They got my order wrong, the pork was kind of burnt, they said they honored my coupon and didn't, place was kind of dirty and greasy. I've been to other locations and loved them.
Kim and Kathy were exceptional servers very friendly and inviting, they were nice and fast and chatted with me made me feel at home the facility was clean and safe! DELICIOUS FOOD to boot!
