staff was nice fast and on top of there customer making coffees where freshened and if we needed anything ! the only bummer was they don't do there Birthday thing anymore kinda ?
Worst experience at Denny's in my life!! Short staffed... I normally enjoy my breakfast at Denny's not this time. Took a while to get service, did not get utensils, had to ask for them. Food was cold, I didn't as for butter on my toast. There was tons of it on it already. Coldest food I've ever had. Bacon was not crispy I can go on and on. Moral of the story perhaps visit another Denny's Location. I ate what I ate because I was hungry other than that I was ready to walk away...
If I could read this place zero Stars I would. I place the order here everyone got their food except my son. He didn't receive the rest of his order from his mini Grand slam. All he had was eggs and hash browns we were waiting on baking sausage and pancakes that never came. So I brought it to the waitresses attention she said they will be ready soon she started bringing a whole bunch of fries for the mistake that she made, all he wanted was the rest of the order. Long story short she must forgot because she still didn't bring what we had asked for. It was a blonde hair waitress in her mid 40s. As we sat there waiting for the bill I noticed a roach on the brown wall that separates the tables. I didn't even get to finish the food I was so disgusted and irritated. I brought it to the waitresses attention as well as the man who cleans the tables and they both were acting all surprise. I'm pretty sure this wasn't their first time seeing a roach at work. Also they allow homeless people to sleep at the tables all night which is gross and unsanitary. I don't usually make reviews but anyone who wants to go to Denny's in South Sac I don't recommend this one it's gross 4/1/22. If I could rate this place a zero I would.
New management you can tell. Food was good and the outside has been cleaned up. New servers with great attitudes!
There was 1 cook and 1 server and the serve was doing a double shift. He looked tired but he was really really nice. The cook made the wrong pancakes and the server offered me then for free. His attitude and kindness made me only want to eat at that Dennys.I had a coupon for my food from tmobile Tuesday and he told me I couldn't use it but his manager said I can so 4 stars for the server. The difference I saved from the coupon I gave him as a tip.
Joy is so friendly and went beyond for us tonight. We rarely get to see my Uncle and she made the night special! Very happy thank you Joy!
Food was OK but I will never come back. The table and walls were covered in grime.. I grabbed the ketchup without looking, and it was slimy, looked to have really old food waste all over it. I washed my hands atleast 3 times throughout waiting for our food because everything was just so gross and it was impossible to avoid. I dont even want to think about where our food was prepared... I would not recommend this location.
Been Here Twice Should Have Learned The First Time Horrible Customer Service Very Low Staffed Only Two People Working. Food Comes Out Cold... Coffee Wasn't Even Hot. You Have Yelling In The Back. Found A Hair In My Mother-In-law's Food. The Menu Is Dirty... Don't Waste Your Money Or Time!!!!!

Went to Denny's this Morning with my husband. Was greeted by Anthony and Gerald. Hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE we've ever had at ANY DENNY'S! They let us know they were running slim on staff today, but they made the wait WORTH IT!! Our food was DELICIOUS and HOT! HOSPITALITY WAS AMAZING!! Thanks Anthony and Gerald for making a quick breakfast a SWEET EXPERIENCE! We will be coming back...see you SOON!
