They have a fabulous chef. My steak and eggs were cooked to perfection, and the sour dough toast was by itself a reason to return frequently.You should visit.(I am from out of town and have no relationship with them, they are simply Great!)
Got here At 10:55 May 16, The diner looked great, but the young man working up front who wore the grey shoes seems to not wanna work there, he rung up my moms order wrong she asked for the house salad and not the Cobb, she does not eat bacon! Idk if he was going thru it but to place the order wrong like that he should have just busted the tables, he also answered the phone, when I called to let them know, very rude and nonchalant and sarcastic, he could’ve at least acted like he wanted to fix the situation instead it’s “huh” “what”To the lady who helped me walking in she’s wonderful and offered my mom a discount for when she comes in next time
Worse service ever came in 10 minutes before closing and they refuse to serve me something to go, im a truck driver we don't get to eat descent meals and yet we have to deal whit this kind of situations I wasn't asking for any special treatment nor plate all I wanted it was something to eat, will never stop by here ever definetly such a bad service if you can find a better option try and avoid this place

The problem here is a big nauseating one -- and we won't be returning. There is a terrible smell of old water leakage/flooding from the bathrooms. The smell is intense. and you can smell it from the front desk which is just steps away from the locked bathrooms. I mentioned the smell to the staff person at the counter. He said the smell varies in intensity and blamed it on the city of Sacramento's water problems. I honestly don't know what has caused this mess but it seems to have gone on so long that nothing short of ripping the bathrooms out will fix it. The grout between the tile has been penetrated with sewage repeatedly and it's deteriorated from it. It's incredibly gross and a health hazard. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there. Owners, take care of your property!
Travelling to see family and this restaurant was next door to my hotel on the layover. Went in near the end of typical "dinner time" when you might expect the staff to be tired and worn out from dinner service. Not the case. One of the friendliest servers I've had in years. Food was exactly as ordered and served cheerfully. Server was very attentive without hovering. Well done!
I was pretty surprised with the great customer service at this place. It was crazy busy inside line almost out the door and you could tell they’re understaffed but they had it together, all 2 employees!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!!

Very few people dining at the time, with plexiglass barriers, are good table spacing. I love their Sr. menu AND especially the Grand Slams ... Ohhhh and Omelettes! ?
