If I can give it to zero Stars I would.Came in at 7 p.m. today SundayEvery time I come in something's down.Again the slushy machine was down.Today I tried to order a burger but they didn't have any beef patties.Order the chicken sandwich the chicken wasn't cooked all the way.Ordered a basket chicken tenders they did not include my bread.Ordered cheese curds they were going to charge me for some ranch. When I said that on doordash they offer free ranch they said oh well that's doordash..Employees are hella rudeIf you have an opportunity to go to any other Dairy Queen don't go to this one.
Wish I could give them zero Stars we showed up on a Wednesday night about 8:30 they lock the door behind us and they weren't supposed to close till 10:00 so there's a lot of customers coming to the door asking us while ago why the door was locked so I ended up putting a complaint because we also ended up waiting 45 minutes for two milkshakes and pretzel sticks while the workers were joking playing around and having to fix food that somebody kept sending back from the lobby so today I get a phone call from the store I complained about for my managers that sounded like a kid he's all I can offer you is a free shake I said I don't want your shake why don't you just trying to be better service better store
Years later frostys still on point and the toppings be generous, also the food is pretty good too like the burgers and tots. And the chicken strips to name the few I've tried but the ice cream on hit
Bought two 4 piece chicken baskets with two drinks and 2 small blizzards. Check was $37 Dollars. Unreal. There must be a mistake. No longer going to DQ!!!
The food as with all dairy queens was awesome. However only allowing pickup or drive through orders only massively sucks. Especially since there is no site, link, or phone number displayed on the building to place your order. So the only option we were left with was the long drive through line.Had the restaurant at least listed a method of ordering on the building for me to place my order rather than only having a drive through I would have given a higher rating.
Food was great but they really skimp on the blizzards and the fries. They only fill them to 3/4 of the way. Otherwise food is great.
I called they said they close at 9:30PM I let the girl know we was leaving & on our way for them to lock the doors at 9:20PM & they aren’t even doing anything but standing by the drive up window leaning on the counter playing on their phones!!!!! Good job the company is paying them to stand & play on their phones!!!! But hey that’s $50 or so they could have earned the company!!!! KEEP IN MIND I CALLED AND LET THEM KNOW WE WOULD BE HERE BY 9:20-9:25PM!!!!!
Dairy Queen has amazing desserts for a fast food restaurant. They are so good and with so many options to choose from I always am happy going there! I recently tried their classic hamburger and fries, and it was delicious! I didn't expect their food to be that tasty and would recommend eating that for sure. I've dealt with some slightly rude workers there a few times, but I like to think they might just be having a bad day, and I don't bother getting upset. Generally the staff is always nice and quick at their job.
Just wanted to let everybody know that tonight I was called a b**ch at the Dairy Queen on Arden Because I noticed there was something missing from my order that I had placed for pick up… and Because I asked about it I had gotten called a b**ch …. The other girl working there proceeded to tell me that they didn’t sell the cake that I ordered but it’s on their website and menu when you walk in…. That they canceled my entire order and weren’t going to give me my money back…
My son and I had to do some grocery shopping last night and when we stopped at Safeway on Arden Way, my son spotten DQ. Now we moved to California in 2017 , Southern California so its been summer of 2016 si ce we had a Blizzard for a DQ location because we lived in Washington. We recently moved to Sacramento in October of this year. After our trip to safeway we drove across to DQ to get those yummy Blizzard's NOPE their ice cream machine was down. We were so disappointed, the closest DQ from there is 9 miles from the Arden Way location, we live in Downtown Sacramento. Hopefully that machine gets fixed soon.
