This location is poorly managed, the were out of several supplies, ( no bananas, reeses pieces, regular coke,etc..) not to mention the only bathroom unclean ( no seat covers, commode facing the wall)..I can see the staff looked very busy and overwhelmed on a hot day trying toserve customers as well with numerousroadblocks. I was giving one star and tried taking that away after watching an elderly man come in after my family and saw the dissatisfaction after being told no bananas for banana split..He left looking very upset about the location .
I hate to give them such a low rating but DQ Fan Relations Team get this poor location a new intercom! It has to be a joke how bad this thing is. They would be further ahead with the two cups and a string!I have been going there for over 3 years and the intercom has gotten worse! And it's a shame because the hard working young people working there at night are doing a great job turning out the various ice-cream treats, burgers and chicken strips. Corporate office, help them out and give them a proper drive thru intercom so customers don't go nuts just trying to order!
Wouldve given it 5 stars, but on my most recent visit their drive thru was closed due to someone hitting it with their car, and they had no drinks at all, i believe because the only drink machine they have is located near the drive thru. Not really their fault but a huge unconvenience nonetheless. Food was good though!
Cheese burger was hot and delicious! Blizzard was yum. Wish it was closer to home.
My favorite hamburgers ? and hotdogs ? here. I'm a regular customer. But every time I come it takes a very long time to get through the drive through, they always have a hard time understanding me or hearing me. They NEVER ask me if I need ketchup I ALWAYS have to ask. Works don't really have good customer service. Idk why. But I'm tired of. Not coming back. Good bye D.Q you'll be missed.

This is the slowest DQ I’ve been to. They are always out off food as well. It’s ridiculous that you can’t serve any food for weeks at a time.
The bananna split was average but good, and they didn't give me any napkins. Ice ream without a napkin? The strawberry / bananna milkshake wasn't good at all. Wasn't sweet and nothing worth going back for. Dairy Queen didn't impress me.
The service sucks I only went for a cone and when I received the cone there were cracks all in the too part of the cone and it wasn't wrapped with the paper around the outside like it's supposed to be. Another major phopa I noticed that the employees weren't wearing any gloves either. So I made sure I doubled my mask. The girl at the window told me she was new and doesn't usually work the window, but she was working today cause no one else was available.
Ever since I started going here I might have to slow down. A blizzard is like when Charlie gets chocolate for his birthday in Willy Wonka. The food is surprisingly good too! My mouth is watering.
