Service was amazing. The hostess was so sweet and told us about the special drinks and the item that was special that day. Our server was amazing and was on top of it. She checked on us and always made sure we had our drinks filled. I’m vegetarian and the server was very sweet about the changes I had to make to the items and even made sure the cheese and sour cream was okay on my food. The food itself was good but wasn’t anything fancy. The salad was basic. Other than that we would definitely go back. The store was really cool and they had a lot of items in there. The lady who checked us out at the store even came around the counter and helped my mom put everything into her bag. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
I was really expecting more because of the way it had been hyped up in the past but the food wasn't much better than cafeteria quality, and not a great cafeteria either. I ordered the chicken fried steak and to be honest it was incredibly bland. I will give them credit though and say my son's trout dish was really surprisingly good! Even their side dishes tasted "canned". The fried okra is a definite "pass" as it becomes really mushy! The service was great and our server was wonderful! The ambiance was charming but that was about all the place had going for it. Even their biscuits and corn muffins were dry and lacked flavor.Sorry folks but we definitely won't be returning to any Cracker Barrel.
Been to this location twice and both times the service was on point and food was delicious.The pancakes are different than pancakes at other restaurants in the area. These have a crisp to them with a very distinct flavor. Very good. And the warm syrup that’s served is an excellent touch. The maple syrup has a lot of flavor and is different than most other maple syrups. Of the two fruit topping I tried (apple and blueberry) I would say the blueberry is the better of the two.Both times I went the restaurant was immaculate and service was friendly. Coffee is good and refilled frequently.
I had the lemon pepper trout, with steamed broccoli and corn. The trout was perfectly cooked, and the sides were just as good. Loved it. I recommend it
Cracker Barrel has an old country store attached to the restaurant which had some really unique country themed itemsBreakfast was delicious !! I tried the pancakes hashbrowns and eggs, I thought the maple syrup in the cute little bottles was a unique touch to this restaurant ?
Overcooked canned vegetables, bland food and untrained staff makes for a unpleasant dining experience.

I had the steak w/mashed potatoes, green beans and fried apples.... Yummy, so so good. My steak was tender & juicy just the way I like it. Cracker Barrel has exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back. Johnathan,(our server) also gets 5 stars. He was attentive to our needs, very friendly and helpful.
Bob and I had "Old timers breakfast special" Service from kitchen a little slow for the amount of patrons. Waitress was efficient. Food was plentiful, eggs, bacon, properly prepared as ordered. Hashbrown casserole just little under cooked and soft. Forget the brown portion. Grits good.Biscuit small and dry but worked well with the gravy. Gravy needed more temperature.
We made our first trip to this particular Cracker Barrel with high hopes of food matching that of other locations I have eaten in back east. The Service was really slow, and the food was just not that great. It wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Most things were somewhat cold and seemed as though they had been setting for a while. The one saving grace were the loaded hashbrown casserole tots. They were downright amazing and we wished we had just ordered a whole bunch of those. I may try them again when this whole pandemic is over and labor shortages are somewhat resolved, as I am certain that played a part in the quality of food and service. Our poor waitress was working so many tables. She was very nice and polite and did her best, but I think too much was being asked of her. Two of us had breakfast and one lunch and all three experienced the same underwhelming quality of food.
