Not as quality as I remember when I was a teenager, but that might just be nostalgia shock. They used to be really big on creativity of flavors, now it's just a half a dozen generic options, one weird new special (currently Lucky Charms, eww), and a fairly decent make-your-own-ice-cream selection. So Cold Stone Creamery is definitely a lot more boring than it used to be 20 years ago when it was making Ice Cream flavors inspired by films like Chicago.Still a decent ice cream place. Looks like they've mostly improved on size selection, and the actual quality of the ice cream is good. So you won't particularly enjoy the making of the ice cream like we used to once upon a time, but you'll probably enjoy eating it.

manger was rude to me when all I ask for was a serving of ice cream I'm going to call the security guard when all was doing was standing there. this company need to replace their workers.
First time at cold stone creamery in arden mall ordered the oreo milkshake very tastey and one of the best milkshakes i had will comeback.

I appreciate that they called me to let me know an item from my order wasn't available. Most places lately just don't give you the item and ignore the instructions. Bummer that they don't have cherry pie filling anymore though :(
