Church's Chicken is completely drive-thru service only. Chicken is still tasty, but the prices have gone up across the menu. This is because of inflation. You've probably noticed that your grocery bill is gone up so of course all fast food has gone up to. The service to the drive-up window was really slow, it looked like there were only two people in the kitchen cooking the Church's chicken. Good luck waiting 6 to 8 minutes minutes per car in front of you. Two stars taken away for the price increase and the really really really slow, slow, slow service. I guess they're competing with Popeye's Chicken to see who can be the slowest to serve the customer. Sorry no pictures oh, it's the usual Church's fried chicken and like I said only two people inside cooking the chicken, and taking the money.
The chicken suck here but I got the best service in a drive through that I ever had.
Food was ok workers were rude as he'll and they only had some stuff ready or avaible bc they we're getting ready ro close up .2 hours early
The food was fresh and good o ly thi g is they forgot a couple of my items. Other than that it was great.
Food is usually good depending on the cook the consistency just isn't there anymore and the portion sizes of the chicken itself other items are just not worth the money anymore
Mashed potatoes are so dry with barely any gravy. They used to give you a container of gravy and a container of Mashed potatoes. Just feels like I'm paying more and getting less.
Customer service is trash, food wait time is trash, food is trash. Atleast at this location on Stockton blvd. If i could give it a zero i would, 1 star is a blessing

Didn't get my correct order. I ordered a 3 piece leg and thigh and got 2 breasts. Went back ended up getting my leg and thigh cold and regular not spicy like I asked. Plus it made me sick
Consistent long wait. Food not prepared for rush hour. Fair customer service. Manager running around like a Church's Chicken with his jead cut off!?
