Picked up takeout that was preordered 2 hours early. Waited over 30 minutes with no explanation and the manager blew us off while 7 other cars came after us and left before us. We then find out our food was missing items and horrible to eat.
Always great service and great food
When we arrived barely anyone else was there. Of course that changed quickly. Usually they ask if you want to add the chips and salsa to your order. This didn't happened today. After 40 minutes of waiting for our food to arrive I became a bit perturbed. Our waitress did the best she could by keeping out drinks refilled. But in all the dining experience wasn't up to standard.
The employees are very nice they kept checking on us to making sure we had everything we needed our food came out really fast and it was just how we wanted it. Not to mention the presidential margaritas very good
Tried the chicken fajitas on the the 3 for $10.99 menu, it was a special reward from the Chili's App. The chicken had a good flavor and was moist. Our wires was great as well. The only issue I had, and it's my fault because I forgot to ask, was the chicken was drenched in Cilantro. I spent around 10 minutes trying to scrae it off. ? Also, the have the chicken enchilada soup is back. ?
We love this place!Been here a few times with my family and all I can say is….OUTSTANDING SERVICE!From the moment we enter the restaurant, we were greeted and attended well in a timely manner. We were seated sooner than we expected and the server assist us just in time.The foods are fresh and drinks are cold and fresh, it was served perfectly along with the server and staff. There was so much food that we have more to go. This place made us feel like we are….at home. We will be back for more, for sure!Thank you Chili’s??
This restaurant may be a little loud later in the day but it was a really nice dinner out. Our server, Melissa, was amazing and not only were our drinks never empty but she remembered everything we asked her without fail. She was so great and I know she was busy tonight too. Looking forward to coming back another night!!
Great food but slow service. I actually had to ask three times for my free chips and salsa for being a chili's rewards member. We didn't get our chips and salsa until wed been seated almost 20 minutes, and it still took another 15 minutes to get our food once they delivered the chips. The three stars are solely for the food which was great.
10/10 experience at this fine establishment. Coming back from a weekend in Tahoe with 5 hungry people - all very, very satisfied. Great value and will be planning my next visit to a Chili's closer to me soon!
Holy smokes the sirloin steak with grilled avocado and asparagus was KILLER good!!!
