Chick-fil-A always has great service with great tasting chicken and salad options.Today I tried the Chicken mini sandwich’s with a Kale Crunch salad ? both were very delicious but the chicken mini sandwich was really really mini thankfully I wasn’t that hungry ?
We decided to get Chick-Fil-A on our way home from Roseville. We live about 15 minutes away from this location. The drive thru line went fairly quickly, the employee who assisted us was great. Once we got to the window to pick up the food there was a wait. The gentleman that was handling the food told us it would be out in a few minutes and then continued his conversation with the employee inside of the window. He then told me to move up to the stop sign and he will bring the food. About three to four minutes later he brought the drinks and right after brought the food. I asked him if everything was in the bag and he simply said yes. Since I ordered for a family of 7, I did not check the bags because I would’ve held up the line so I gave it to my son and drove home. Once we got home, we noticed we were missing a sandwich. I immediately called the restaurant and they don’t give you an option to speak to them. You have to leave a voicemail and someone will return your call. Now this is where I am frustrated, since we live 15 minutes away, it will be another 30-40 minutes for us to commute there, grab the food, and come home. I don’t know if the employees were distracted that they did not check the food before handing it off. I now have to wait to receive a phone call back just to tell them they forgot a meal. I am dissatisfied with this Chick-Fil-A.
This place was packed! Inside and drive through.All the employees kept their cool and stayed professional. The only problem with this place is the way to walk in or even park. The drive through loops all the way around the building. Which forces you to be extra couscous going between these random cars especially with kids. Otherwise the food and service was great.
They have the most friendly and caring employees. Everybody there is always so attentive and askis if they can do anything for you. They'll go around and ask if you need refills on your drinks and it's just a very positive atmosphere. Great place to take the kiddos
When we went for dinner, the staff was very polite and the food was already ready before we even found a place to sit. It can be very busy here at times and you may have to wait, but they always work hard to keep wait times down. Plus the food is always cooked to perfection and delicious!
Food is delicious, as usual, but the parking and traffic at this location were bad when I visited with my family. Recommend mobile ordering via the app 20 minutes before you arrive. GL! ?
I got the chicken sandwich deluxe. it was amazing. and the sweet and sour Sriracha sauce is to die for as well
Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I gave too many opportunities to this location. I came to this place at least once a week. My family and I are obsessed with their spicy chicken and their chick fia a sauce. We travel several mikes to get here and they messed our order several times. But we decided to stop coming there because they took our order and charged us for a 30 chicken nuggets meal when we order 12 nugget one. I called and save the receipt and the food do I can get my money back but they literally took a week to respond and left a message to call them back and when I did and left a message they never called back again. I decide yo go and talk to them in person and a manager named Julie told me that they decide not to give me my refund because they repeat my order and I was supposed to listen and make sure they had it right. This bad trained and rude manager is very ridiculous and she is the reason I never coming back to this place!
Drive thru is impressively organized. I was taking a sick friend home and he needed some food. The fellow that took the order was very pleasant and accurate. The line moved along quickly and multiple staff members were taking the orders to the cars quickly and efficiently. I tasted a piping hot fry and it was so yummy.I am very impressed.
No matter how long the line for the drive thru is, the efficient and cordial method of taking orders and payments keeps the cars moving around and out. The food is always worth the wait, and I recommend the tenders, waffle fries with Chik Fila sauce, and the frosted lemonade. Often, for me, nothing else will do!
