Ok, I'm not going to lie. I'm a shill for convenience. I prefer red meat but if the in-n-out drive thru is super long and the wife isn't feeling chipotle or anything else in the immediate area, I will place an order on my Chick-fil-A mobile app with the confidence that in 5 minutes I will be parked in a curbside pickup and they bring my order to me a few short minutes after that. 10/10 recommend this location for their friendliness, and for how quick they are. I also have never experienced a single rude person there.
Super friendly staff. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order so I asked the guy with the tablet which of the two options on their menu I was trying to decide from would he suggest. He immediately recommended the number seven chicken sandwich with rich honey BBQ sauce. It hit the mark! Definitely satisfied my cravings! Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A!
Honestly, Why can't all the fast food chain be like Chick-fil-A? Great food selection, excellent customer service and dining are always clean. I always have a great experience here. The grilled chicken bites are flavorful and tasty. Their fresh salads are better than their competitors. They also bring the food to your tables and while enjoying your order, they ask how the meal was and ask if you would like a refill on your beverage. Please tell me who does that? Only at Chick-fil-A!
This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they get my order wrong, they served rotten lettuce and a hair on my BBQ sandwich. I tried calling the store just to get put on hold for a lifetime and never got to speak to anyone. I can't believe how bad it was. My nuggets were cold and hard and the wrong size. I ordered 2 12 piece and only got 6 piece orders instead. I guess it's time to move on to another chicken place. I am so very disappointed. It a crying shame that no one could even answer the phone to give good customer service for such poor food, which is normally really good. I guess it's time to move on to Raising Cane's Chicken since Chick-fil-A is going down hill fast. It's terrible to spend $30 on food for two people and not get what you paid for. I tried to go to their website to reach out to customer service, but that was a joke too. What ever happened to taking pride in the job you do and doing it right?
It's an excellent Chick-fil-A. I dislike the Arden area, but whenever I have to go here and eat at this Chick-fil-A, I'm never disappointed. The drive-thru line is never unbearably long, there are more than enough curbside pickup spaces, the service is very quick, and the food always tastes delicious and fresh. An In-N-Out is in the same plaza too, so if someone in your party dislikes Chick-fil-A they can eat there or vice versa.
When ordering my 12 count chicken nuggets meal, they asked what sauces I wanted so I listed it out. I wasn’t informed that there was a specific # of sauces I was allowed to request. Upon getting to the pickup window, after checking the bag and enquiring on my missing requested sauces, I was informed that because I only purchased one meal I couldn’t have what was requested. It would’ve been nice to have been informed that when I was placing my order. I’d have happily paid for extra sauces.After I get home and start eating, I realize I received 10 nuggets instead on 12 ?????♀️

How do they manage such long lines so efficiently? The location isn't great and the parking lot is always a mess but they can handle it.I've ordered through the app for convince but really it's not necessary. I didn't save much time and the app experience was a bit finicky (maybe I am a boomer ?).Often overlooked: they have both Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper, good ice (yes Ice) and my favorite dipping sauces in fast-food (creamy buffalo my favorite).
Drive up lines were short, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. Can't give any accolades about the food or prices. Better than 8 bucks for a small amount of grilled chicken nuggets and a medium small coke. And the nuggets were warm to cold. I don't think I will be back.
