Horrible! We waited 30 minutes to sit even though we had a reservation. The receptionist was rude, waitstaff over worked and people busing tables walked by us three times with empty hands while we tried to get their attention. I know we are all âtrying to do our bestâ but not really sure this applies to everyone.
Beautiful place for dinner, the service was fantastic. Slightly over cooked the steak.
We love Chevys. But service was poor. Waited 25 mins to get drinks ordered. Waited another 30 mins to get food order ordered. Chips were in small baskets. Drinks were watered down. Overall service was very poor.
Food was good but the service was lacking. Our reservation for 4 people didn't get sat until 30 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated the wait staff took almost 10 minutes to take drink orders and the food came out for 2 people then almost 10 minutes for the remaining 2. I'm chalking it up to staffing issues/shortages. Overall while the service was a bit slow and there was a wait for our table it and the staff wasn't as attentive as they should have been the food was good.
Cannot help but enjoy the outside patio! Server was attentive and overall he did a good job. Grilled fish tacos were rather blah. Chile Rellenos were a hit! Margaritas were disappointing as they were so light on tequila almost wondered if the bartender forgot to put any in! Would go back and try again!

Took us in early. The dinner for two special was the perfect amount of food.
I have consistently had good experiences at this Chevy's. When it is busier, some minor things fall through the cracks (e.g., silverware, napkins) but overall the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are always amazing.
Whatâs the point of a reservation if you cancel our reservation when we get in there and we wait for two PLUS hours for a table, so we decided to sit at the bar , and then wait for a table and sit ourselves because the host is incompetent and didnât know what she was doing. HOW IS THAT OKAY?
