Food is ok to me. The fundamental problem is that they don't have enough people to serve and cook and the space is too small.Arrived at 5:30 to pick up my phone order. There's a long line in front of me all waiting for pick up phone orders. I stood there for at least 20 minutes until my turn to pay and grab my order. I'm not the worst case. There are 3 big tables and a couple of small tables dine in customers. Only one small table got their food. The rest are waiting I don't know for how long and everyone was staring at each other with hungry long faces. Only 2 ladies are serving dine in, to go, phone orders, packing. Their service needs a big improvement.
Phenomenal Chinese Food! This is hands down the best Chinese food I have had in the area. Our server was delightful. Very pleasant even as she had to deal with a full restaurant and an onslaught of online orders being picked up. Yes, the food took a while to arrive, but that's because it was very busy - and understandably so!Both the American and traditional Chinese fare are absolutely delicious. The orange chicken was devoured by my son, whose palette is very limited. The scallop and egg fried rice is light and delicious - not heavily fried, for which I was very greatful. The Singapore Curry Vermicelli is wonderful! The spice is just right.Our table really enjoyed the chicken moo shu. And the pot stickers were relished by everyone.I cannot find anything negative to report. This was fantastic! We will be coming back to this restaurant frequently.
I like food. very good.But the service is really bad.they dont have a system for managing take out vs in store customers so one or the othet is constantly being shafted. and they definately need at least one more worker at all times.cook needs a raise.
Best kept secret in Natomas. Small seating area, but I usually get it to go. Everything is so tasty and every dish I've had that had veggies, always had fresh veggies...they got the REAL cooks here. You can always taste the cooking talent and love that goes into every dish.
Something as simple as jiangdui was below par. I have learned to make jiangdui at home and was too lazy so decided to venture out. The item was too greasy and the filling was dried out. Portion is much smaller. Will give them another try.
Staff was on point with their services. The food was good, large amount, and pricing wasn't bad. Would come back.
Have never been here at all, was on our way home and decided to just stop and eat here. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! Very friendly atmosphere! Would highly recommend!!!
Good food and service. Only limit is dining area. At high peak time is quite packed. Reasonable price. Recommended.
We love this place. The Mixed Vegetables Pan-Fried Noodles and Vegetarian Egg rolls are my favorite. There are usually only two of us so we like to order a few things and have them for a few meals as well.It's also really handy that a vegetarian and a carnivore can eat at the same place with good and tasty options (though I'm not certain if the dishes I mentioned are vegan). Not all places can make great food for all diets and I think that's great.
