I've had this place bookmarked for the longest time and decided to visit after being recommend by a friend. It did not disappoint! There weren't too many options that peaked my interest, unfortunately, but I was able to settle on my classic go-to; Chicken and Waffles and fries!As the photos go to show, presentation goes a long way and Cafeteria 15L definitely nails it on that! The food also tasted great with lots of flavor in each bite. I was surprised by how addictive the shoestring fries were, because they aren't super fancy but hard to keep your hands away from!Overall, the inside vibe was great and our server was very attentive. I only had to remind him of a couple requests after the initial order and he absolutely was happy to oblige.
I made a reservation and went right in. Took a while to get our order but the food came out quick and it was so good. I had the chicken and waffles partner had the bacon eggs Benedict and we got the tater tots. I had a mock tail so good but sweet. He had the butterscotch blondy he loved it. We will definitely be back. Only thing that sucked was the parking find it elsewhere their lot is 25 for the day no hourly option.
Arrived early. Had reservations. We were completely ignored. After 30 minutes of waiting we got a table. After an hour of waiting and having to get our own menus we left. The front staff was extremely rude. I've never been so angry at a restaurant.
Nice cafe - very large. Good menu with wide variety of choices. Portion sizes are very large. Nice ambiance and good decor. Also a nice bar. Recommended.
Great mac and cheese, fantastic burgers, easy to park nearby for free, so many great options on the menu and good pace for food: never rushed. Our server stopped by to make sure our huge party was doing well, and we loved our visit :)
My first time here and it may be my last because the customer service was not where it should have been and it saddened me. My family and I had reservations for a table for 8 people for an 2:30 reservation and our table was not ready or prepared when we showed up and a young woman started cleaning the table in front of us while we were seated. Our server seem to be attentive but he was really not because he miss one person on our table constantly he dropped the ball. He didn’t come back to check on us or refill our water and one person asked for a refill on her drink order and she was forgetting about. We did not feel valued or appreciated and I do not think I will be returning.
We wanted to grab a bite before our long flight to Hawaii, so we stopped here. The choices are limited at the Sacramento airport, so we figured this would be a safe bet. We have eaten at this restaurant in downtown Sacramento a number of times, and I’ve always been happy with food and service. The food was just as good as the downtown location, but the service was not. The airport was very busy, as was the restaurant, but our waitress did not appear to have any other tables. So we expected better service. Unfortunately we did not get it. She was extremely edgy, and rushed us through our meal. I’m going to assume she was just having a bad day, as we all do every now and then. Food was great, bartender was very pleasant, hostess was nice and professional, our waitress just seem to be a bit off. I will definitely try this restaurant the next time I am at the Sacramento airport and feeling a little peckish. I recommend this restaurant. Even though we didn’t have great service, the food was exceptional, and as we know what to expect at this restaurant, I’m considering this an aberration.
Great service and delicious food
Cozy little place! They have a weekend brunch special until 3pm which means they don't serve from the regular menu during those hours. The chicken tenders were very under seasoned but cooked good. A lot of parties were happening at the time so they were bit busy. The restrooms were kinda dirty but unique hand washing station none the less. The have bottomless mimosas during bruch!!!
Very nice atmosphere, can enjoy meal indoors or out, great food , reasonably priced & great service!
