Cacio has some of the best food in Sacramento. An amazing wine list and classic extremely well prepared pasta... my partner and I scraped every drop of the house made pesto from our plates. It's small, cozy, and comfortable. The service is personable and professional. Such a great neighborhood vibe. Love, love this restaurant!

I mean the pasta is cooked fine but it's just a massive miss. The flavor is severely lacking. The sauce is just a total miss. The Cacio e Pepe is just buttered noodles with a little touch, not at all creamy. The Octopus is perfectly cooked tho! Maybe they just screwed up the to go orders. I guess I'll try in person.Edit: gonna keep at 5 stars until I try in person since this crew is so kind.
This place is such a hidden gem! Food is delicious and staff is amazing. They treated me and my family like family. Katie picked my entire meal and paired it with wine which was ? amazing.
