The service here is petty good. The wait times for food aren’t too bad, the food is awesome, and they’ve never messed up my order. The do tend to push the bar area and make you wait for a table if you want one, even when there are only a few people in the dining area. I don’t think they even allow or service the outdoor area, I’ve never seen anyone able to sit there. Also in the bar area they may have a limited menu…. Or I had a server that rung me up for the more expensive, large sized, version of what I ordered. When I ordered, I clearly asked for the the regular sized order and explicitly said the price. When she delivered the food I immediately asked if she had gotten the order right since I always order the same thing and it seemed like a larger portion size. She assured me that I had gotten the regular size and that the cook in the back probably just didn’t weigh the order or so I got l lucky. Of course when I got the bill, I see that I was charged for the larger size. When I asked her about it she said that there is only one size and the menu is maybe wrong?? Even though I told her that I order the same size every time I come in, and I’d been there multiple times in the last few months. I decided to pay …. And tip… her, reluctantly. I didn’t want to ask for a manager and deal with it. Anyway, normally things are pretty good here.
THE FRANCHISEE NEEDS TO LET GO OF THIS GENERAL MANAGER- SUSAN. Great servers! Terrible I mean terrible general manager!! "Susan"/Karen wanna be. You fail at customer service and decency. You shouldn't call people sloppy drunks when they come in weekly for business meetings and spend over $150 on food over 2 hours. Susan picked on our server who said we haven't been loud or rude once. Susan needs to be reeducated on her job and customer service. I run 3 companies and would never treat clients this way. ?
The staff was polite, but I showed up as a driver for delivery driver, and not only did I have to wait over 30 minutes for one order, but the gentleman I was sitting next to was waiting for almost an whole hour for his order, which the restaurant didn't even receive an order for until AFTER he arrived to pick it up. They said they were understaffed, but the dining area was MAYBE half full.
The restaurant was busy this night. We decided to sit in the bar due to open available seating. Our waitress/bartender was great. She made recommendations, she was very attentive. The food was fresh and great.
I want to give this place ZERO stars!!!!!!The WORST experience ever! Please, skip this place and go elsewhere. Not only did 3 parties AFTER us got served, ate and left. We waited more than an hour for our food, asked to talk to a manager and they had the audacity to refuse to speak to us. Management then gave us a 10% off for our troubles, can you believe that?! We said no to that 10% we made it very clear that management needs to come out and speak to us, and guess what, they refused once again.To the managers working there tonight I hope someone in higher position than you guys really considerate having someone new to replace your position. This place sucks and it use to be such a good place for food and service.
Really good food great for watching sports
Food was delicious, staff was very friendly and prompt.I came in at the end of the lunch rush and was able to witness a well oiled machine operating.Sammy P and Evie, were 2 of the people that I was waited on by and witnessed hustling to meet customer needs.They were very attentive, constantly on the move to help the guests and checked in with their guests just the right amount of times.I travel for work and have been to numerous Buffalo Wild wings throughout the country.I hope I'm fortunate enough to be scheduled back in this area soon!
Frozen wings from Food for Less tastes better. I get they’re short staffed cos of COVID, but man, have a little more passion with your food. Everything was too salty and there was way too much sauce on everything. The place smells like rotten food and wet rags, and they definitely never clean their bathrooms.
FIVE STARS FOR SAM! We have had not-so-good service before at this location but we will definitely be back to see Sam. He knew exactly what we needed and we really appreciate his service. Someone recruit this man to a five star restaurant??????
The food was not tasty, fries were soggy and room temperature, the hamburger was extremely greasy, and fell apart as a result. The service was very good though.
