We waited about 7 minutes for someone to greet us and put us on a 20 to 30 min wait list. I actually had to go in by the kitchen and ask if there was a hostess. The place was not full and the food took even longer. The only reason we came out here was because I had a birthday gift card, drove about 30 min to this Arden location. So disappointed.
Management needs an upgrade if the service is this bad. Been here 10 minutes and still not even a water or a check in to see if I need to order Anything... Owning my own business and managing restaurants all my life. Worst service I have ever received..The staff cares more about talking amongst one another, I don't think you should pay people to talk and not so their job. That my professional opinion.Would of gave it a zero star and will not ever leave a tip.I got the bill before I got a drink?Either new employees or new management...
My husband and I had an hour to kill before our doctors appointment so we decided to grab a quick bite. We sat at the bar and the service was quick and great! They have a great drink selection with an awesome happy hour! We love their wings!
Service was good, even though it was busy. Some of the servers are amazing and stood and talked to us for like 10 minutes at the end of the night. Very nice lady, pretty tattoos and a very pretty boyfriend who's also a server. The bathroom was disgusting however. I know it was in the middle of a lunch rush, but all the trash cans were overflowing, there were no more paper towels or hand soap, there was water all over the floor. Really nasty. But good food.

Yet again. Another bad order! First, I haven’t ordered from this location in almost 7 months because of bad placing/picking up an online order is, but my boyfriend said “it’s been a long time, maybe it’s gotten better”….NOPE. I ordered the grilled chicken buffalitos that’s supposed to come with chips AND salsa…they forgot my salsa. Ordered a kids meal, and it’s supposed to come with a drink (we picked chocolate milk) didn’t get it!! I seriously do NOT understand why everyone working there, can’t read?!? Sorry to insult but that’s literally what’s happening here.
Waited 20 min for a drink. Server never stoped and asked if we needed something. She came by and noticed she didn't brought it and i was already done with the food. Took her way longer to bring the tab. Even tho she was standing right in front of us...
My grandson ordered on line. The wings and fries he said we’re delicious. My cheeseburger was not good . It wasn’t as good as Burger King. It was like eating a dish towel no flavor. It also left a metallic taste in my mouth. The cheese was artificial. There was very little lettuce and tomatoes.I mean very little. I had to take a look to see if any were on the burger. I believe I had two pickles.The onion rings were delicious because they were crispy and not greasy. I would never order a burger from them again. I was not happy at all but I was so hungry that I ate it. Plus I had already spent my limit. I know definitely not to eat there if I’m not hungry because although I was hungry the burger was no good. Next time I’ll order the wings.
we had a good time nice ambiance and the super cool. The food was 6-10 only because The wings were not as tasty as i would have expected them to be however the nachos were spectacular and the burgers there are fantastic . one more thing really inexpensive our whole family ate together for 5 grown adults we spent under$100.00 .
Came in for one bottle of sauce (they didn’t have my flavor) so I opted for two side sauces. It’s 60c each (which is FINE) but a 99c takeout charge for sauce seems a bit excessive?
