service was awful. The fact that i had to get up after being seated for a long time with my husband and two children to ask for water is just ridiculous. Our waitress walked by us more than four times and didn't even acknowledged us.
Very poor service, too many employees standing around. Food was only Okay. Had to ask for napkins, menus, and drinks. It was 30 minutes before we got our drinks. Very disappointed and loved going there before. I don't know if we will be back :(
Our service ruined our night. She piled the plates up on our table and never returned to remove the dirty ones or to ask how our food was. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary, which we noted on the reservation as well as when we were seated but she never mentioned it again. She acted as if we were bothering her when we made requests. She was quick to pick up our signed credit care receipt and to check her tip. Ugh...terrible and costly. We won't go there again for awhile.
Didnât get very much service other then when food was dropped off. Food came out very very slow. We ordered 5 dishes family style and received each plate separately one by one. Seemed to be very under staffed.
Wife and I were there with family to celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary. Family style service at this restaurant is great for large groups that enables everyone in the group can sample a large variety of Italian foods. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was very good.
We went there to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with family! Service was ok, girl who take of us seemed tired and when she brought the drinks she was spilling it everywhere. Food was goo all of our family enjoyed and we took leftovers home!
So I am aware covid and the Democratic supply chain issues have screwed up everything. however eventually that excuse won't fly. When we arrived and went to the host station no one was there to greet us and it was a while before someone did. She said she was having to try to find someone to seat us but she finally did. The plus was our water was awesome. He was polite and attentive and got our orders correct. The down side - they were out of the usual bread appetizer and out of our main dish so we chose other options. The food was just so so. I have been here many times and our first experiences were great. This time could have been better especially for a 200 dollar meal.

Mother’s Day The bathroom are filthy and have not been cleaned in weeks, it’s so obvious. The stench when you enter is horrible. The food was ok nothing great. It was not worth a 400 dollar bill for a party of 8. Update the place and clean regularly.
