It was closed. I was so disappointed. Even though sometimes they're open, sometimes not, they don't answer the phone. They say it's a staffing issue due to COVID. I think it's COVID and more. After 2 years, of playing the game of "Let's-see-if- they're-open," Boston Market has lost a customer. Which is a shame since the food we got was good during the times they're open.
Went in and no one was there. Should have been a hint. Prices are high. Food not worth the price. Garbage can was overflowing. No toilet covers or paper towels in ladies bathroom.
Not as good as they used to be. Quality of food has gone down considerably. Room temp food and subpar sides as well as impatient drive thru service. Not worth ordering a slice of pie either. Don't expect any kind of flavoring in the apple pie. Same goes for the pumpkin pie, or should I say clove pie.
I had the meatloaf meal and even though it arrived a little cold it was OK.
Make up your mind Boston Market. 1 week ago I talked to a lady named Maya at BM regarding about orders for food for Thanksgiving day she told me Yes we can place orders and makesure that I get what I want on Thanksgiving day. She told me to come and place the order on 11/20/21. Well I show up today and same lady Maya denied me to pre-order 200.00 worth of food for my entire family. I have alot of family coming over to my house and now I have to run around and make arrangements to get food because BM DENIED to deliver a promise she made with me. I am extremely upset and I don't appreciate false promises from a person who calms to be a manager at BM on Fair oaks Blvd in Sacramento. I'm never going to that location again ... BM needs to hire people who can be honest to customers and deliver they're word... I'm totally frustrated now... thanks BM for RUINING my holiday with my family.
Usually the food is good. I was a little disappointed for the holiday pickup. It seems there was a digital snafu, and no one was able to come up with a solution. As a result, I waited 4 hours for a 15 minute pickup. I don't even think there were more than 100 people.
Ordered the prime rib, mash potatoes, creamy spinach and corn bread. All of it basically cold, and the prime rib small. .i ordered ahead and was there before designated time.. How can it be cold.My last visit.
I had adjusted my expectations of the prime rib to be basic prime rib that looked somewhat like the image on the menu and tasted similar to other prime rib but with a fast food downgrade. We received one prime rib that was the consistency of jerky visually and when eaten. The second prime rib was just regular dry and if I blinded myself, it looked somewhat like the image on the menu. The prime rib that we were served looked and tasted like last week's roast that was recooked. On a plus side, the staff that served us were friendly and the garlic dill potatoes were good.
Would give a 0 if possible. Ordered a catered meal for my company of 30 people today, and not only did they not deliver the meals, they wouldn’t answer their phones or respond aside from a corporate line managed in India. Absolutely horrendous service from a business, will never order from them again and will do my best to share this experience with as many other people as possible.Since no manager would answer my calls, I will resort to seeing if a Yelp review may encourage a reply. Looks like this Edwin guy is possible a manager, who only responds to positive reviews.
This place is ridiculous. You can’t go inside and they don’t answer the phone. They have the smallest sign on a window you can’t even see because it’s around the corner that says drive through only. They take forever to give you your food. I sat there staring at them trying to get their attention for like ten minutes before I had to honk and the lady looked at ME like I am the crazy one. They could clearly see me at that window they were blatantly ignoring g me. All three of them. Worst Boston market I’ve ever been too.
