Great food and great service. This is an upscale but not too expensive restaurant. The staff cares about the food and the service. With a party of 8 we got 6 different dishes and everyone was very happy. They actually give you the spice when you ask for it, and the flavor of everything was incredible. Clear your sinuses, cure what ails you, come in and enjoy a classy, tasty meal, and you’ll end up with more food than you paid for. Very happy with this experience.

Good food but the service could be better. Took them a while to seat us and take our orders. The food is of decent flavor and the price is fair i think. I would have given this place a better rating if the service was better. There's a public parking lot next to the restaurant and also street parking.
I can't speak on the food. I've never tried it. I'm a delivery driver and I deliver from here often. The food smells amazing and I WILL try one day. I am here to leave my experience on the service. This picture reminded me of an interaction with an employee. It was a simple interaction but meant so much to me, as it was near the holidays. I was struggling with my mental well being and feeling the pressure of making Christmas happen for my two kids. This employee showed me the kindness I desperately needed that day. Simple and innocent but meant everything to me in that moment.
My wife and I have been trying out more Indian food and Thai food here recently particularly Curry's. This place was all right, when we asked the waiter for suggestions he simply pointed to the items on the menu with a star next to them. The naan bread was really good. Compared to some smaller Indian restaurants I have tried here recently the flavors are there upfront but they are not very deep, other Indian restaurants I've eaten at here recently had incredibly complex Rich deep flavors whereas you could tell that these meals didn't have long to cook to help merry all the flavors in the dish. Also their medium is less spicy than most milds that I have tried I think this would be a good intro spot to somebody that has never had Indian food but I don't think I would return simply because I found better at other locations
If you love food ? with curry or Indian food or Peter bread Bombay is the place to go!! The table Are set very adequately And comfortable
Since moving to Sacramento I've eaten at a few Indian food restaurants, Bombay Bar and Grill is hands down the best I've tried. It's possibly the best food I've tried in Sacramento, period. Bombay is not afraid of flavor, and knows how to appropriately season their food. I really cannot recommend this place enough, and I can't wait to go back and try more off their menu.We knew we were in for an amazing meal when our appetizer arrived.. We started with the appetizer sampler which came with two different kinds of samosas and another item I don't remember the name of.... it was delicious. I ordered the Dal soup (amazing), lamn kabob and Kitchen Special, which was a rack of lamb with a spinach sauce.... the flavor in the dishes was outstanding. I can't praise this place enough, just make sure you visit this place if you're in Sacramento, you'll thank me.
The food here was delicious! I was with a party of three and we all had so much food there was more than enough for next- day leftovers. I had chicken and lamb with naan, followed by gulab jamun for dessert. Oh my! I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Is COVID over?I have to ask this since most of the crew at the restaurant were not wearing their face mask.It started from the Host, completely mask less, also the majority of the servers and I could see form my table that in the kitchen most people were not wearing masks.I am really upset, why are they allowed to operate while breaking the CDC guidelines.Food wise, nothing special. Lack of flavor.I just hope I didn’t get the virus.
