drink is decent, Bobas are in good quality. Please do not rely on their payment machine which is constantly require fix. Staff knows this problem across the entire franchise, but they will still say 'your card may have a problem'.
This place is a bomb. The mochi donuts are good but the bubble tea are better. You can tell how good the place is by tasting their tapioca. It was soft even in the drink. You also adjust the sweetness of the drink. We had six in out party and everyone was very pleased with their drink and desert. The environment is very sweet itself. Definitely, a place to be revisit in the future.
Will never go here again. Couldn't get any to help, they were open but still setting up. Got directed to kiosk to order. No cash card only. They must not trust their employees. I'll stick to Happy Lemon. Employees were not even friendly
The donuts are amazing. The drinks are pretty good, I guess it depends on what you like. Even at 25% my tea was still too sweet for me, and it was super milky even though I ordered a black tea with the foam topping. I couldn’t actually taste any tea. I like good black tea and I like it to taste like tea, not sweet gooey milk. The boba is also super soft and gooey, I prefer a more firm boba. So I think it’s good for what it is, but it’s not my preference. Also, there is no way to customize the ice level and the self order kiosk really slows things down.
The self service kiosk was extremely slow. Ordered my drink with 15% sweetness but when I got it, it was SO SWEET that I couldn’t even drink it.
The signature brown sugar boba is always so good. It’s soft, warm, and chewy. It’s also the reason why I only come here for boba drink. However, I feel very disappointed this time because the boba doesn’t taste the same anymore. It tasted like frozen boba and it’s not soft at all!!!!! Very disappointed!!!
I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered 6 mixed doughnut and a drink but I don't remember what it's called. It had pandan leaves or extracts in it though. Customer service was good and the shop is beautiful. The drink & doughnuts were good, but it didn't give me the wow factor that I was expecting for the pricing. I was expecting each doughnut to taste different, but all of them tasted kind of the same & I couldn't really tell them apart. I also agree that there are way too many ice in the drink. For $6+ for a small and $15 for 6 small doughnuts, I find it a bit too expensive for the size so I will not be a returning customer.
Pretty good mochi donut. Chewy texture. Definitely different compared to typical donuts. I wish there's more flavors to choose from.
Excellent Boba teas, I love their brown sugar specialties but everything I have tried is amazing. Love the black Sesame and the champagne mochi doughnuts! Service is always great, they are often busy but staff is very hard working and kind.
I ordered a mango drink and strawberry drink and even tip. I expect the drinks to be decent for having to pay so much but no. Both drinks were practically all ice. On top of that the drinks were so bland and had none of the fruit flavor just chunks of fruit.
