Grand daughter's choice to have her birthday luncheon for her 11th birthday ? We were a party of 8, after spending time reviewing their menu, and making our selections, some family members were informed some items were not available for what ever reason. I feel, our server, upon introducing himself should have informed us of the unavailable items. Some what disappointing ? However, our server was kind, friendly, pleasant & attentive.
Ordered take-out from here a few times since moving here. The food is good but I think it would taste better if it was eaten at the restaurant instead of the to go containers. The fries are almost always cold and my wife’s flatbread pizza has always been a hit or a miss depending on who prepared it. Also had problems with the online ordering system - I got a message that our food was ready for pickup. When we got there, they said they were “still working on it” and it would be out soon. It was ready after 10 minutes and my entree was cold (but my wife’s was hot). Will have to try eating in the restaurant to see if it is any better.
Took about an hour to get seated on a Wednesday. Took another hour to get my food. Not only did we wait over 2 hours for food…. IT WAS COLD when we got it! The manager came out to confirm the issue as if we were making it up ??♀️ It’s my lady’s birthday and we just wanted a last minute dinner. Customer service needs significant improvement.

I used to come here twice a month with friends just to get together and catch up. They were very friendly and fast pace, this place used to be so good. Unfortunately their service has gone down hill BAD! We arrived at 8:30pm and were seating at 9pm. We were seated in a middle aisle after asking for a booth. It took 15 minutes to get water and another 30 minutes to get out drinks. They were out of half of the appetizers my friend ordered mozzy sticks, about 10 minutes later I ordered the Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts came out before the mozzarella sticks. After another 20 minutes to bring them out, I wanted to leave at this point. After waiting another 20 minutes, I went to talk to the manager on duty. The hostess are rude and speaking in an unprofessional manner. After speaking to the manager our food came out. 2 out of 4 of our meals were cold. The manager is polite but is making excuses for his staff. I understand that all companies are short handed and some are still learning but our server should have been shadowing another because he was not at all in a fast past with us. There was four other tables that were seated after us with larger groups. They got their drinks, appetizers and food all before we got ours. This place is ridiculous.
Good looking establishment with good energy. The food and drinks were great too. Ran into a couple issues during our service-- our server forgot silverware and napkins and we didn't get to eat our appetizer when it was hot, then our server was awkwardly switched with another halfway through the service. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would still go back for sure :-)

Our experience was absolutely horrible, the hostage was the rudest ever. I understand she was pregnant but no excuse for giving terrible customer service. Our waitress was pretty good we gave her a excellent tip even though they were out of almost everything we wanted to I order. My rib eye steak came back burned as was my baked potato. ??♂️??♂️
We were seated and waited 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We went up to the Hostess and mentioned we don't even have waters yet and she went over somewhere. After another 10 minutes of waiting we decided to leave, wasting a good amount of our night. Won't be coming back here till they train their staff.
