Said it would be done by 6:50. Waited 20 min and when I got in the car it was cold. Idk if they cooked it all the way or if it comes frozen and they warm it. I have been here during lunch time and the food quality is way better. My cheese at least melted. Man disappointed .I recommend going to Mod pizza at this point. And I really love this pizza.....Wow
A big bar and restaurant right in Arden Fair Mall. The food and service was good. A large variety of food, soups, salads, entrees, and sandwiches.
We were celebrating my boss' birthday. The food was good. Nothing wrong with the food. Three stars because our waitress wasn't genuinely nice. She sounded really fake. A fake nice. My co worker said the waitress rolled her eyes. I ordered the prime rib special that came with a pizookie dessert. The waitress forgot it. I had to mention it. I have a feeling she remembered but just didn't want to give it to me. Not sure why she was having a bad day. We were nice to her. I got my pizookie to go. As for my prime rib, it was good. I will get it again. The cut was thick and juicy. I love it that they didn't trim the fat off. I will also like to mention that the lighting here is beyond dim. My boss had to turn on the light on her phone to read the menu.
It is a nice organised place. Though it was busy hours but thankfully we had not to wait. Food is very delicious . Love their crafted beer.
2 stars Only because the food was good except the steak ordered. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced absolute horrible customer service. The guy waiter walked around giving no care to helping his customers as I watched several other groups struggled to get him to help with an order or get something they needed like in my case silverware. I was told sit anywhere by the front desk girl. Once seated waiting and watching to see who my server would be for 10 minutes when the above mentioned waiter came I gave my order of boneless wings and the steak and chicken dinner. As I finished telling him I wanted the sides I wanted with the steak he walked off. I was like ok. Realizing I never told him how I wanted the steak cooked. I’m waiting as he’s sitting with it seems coworker’s or people he knew at a both then going to the bar to talk to the bar staff. Everyone still waiting and I kept waving trying to get his attention to tell him about the steak. A lady brought my boneless wings and I said could I get some silverware please. She replied she would tell the waiter. 10 minutes go by I’m still trying to get my waiters attention and when he walks by I’m like hey man. I need some silverware and also, before I could finish he said sure thing and walked off to another table. 15 minutes go by he walks by again I’m like dude I need silverware to eat these and I been trying to make sure my steak is medium well to well just not pink. He said sure thing. I get my steak 5 minutes later just after he finally 40 minutes later brought my silverware my steak was super raw/red barely cooked. I was going to tell him but he was no where to be seen for 10 minutes. I ate my boneless wings chicken and sides and took my steak to feed to my dogs.So thank you for the worst customer service I’ve gotten to experience in many years!
Stopped by while at the mall. Seated right away and was fairly busy. Pizza was good as was the avocado egg rolls.4/5 due to not getting plates, refills, condiments etc and not finding server after food was delivered and having to wait while the food got cold.
There’s literally no rice and this is a jambalaya dish almost a $30 meal and won’t be fulfilling at all after spending almost 15 minutes trying to complete the payment because their machine wasn’t working. I’m starving I came in before midnight after my shift, this meal won’t make me full..
My co-workers and I had a great experience and we would definitely come back again. They were very generous in accommodating our group.
brush!! Must've been short handed. Our wait was supposed to be 15 minutes but was close to 30. We got seated and waited some more. Then our wait person, Given, showed up. He was patient as we aired our grievances. Then I explained that two of our party were out if towners and first time BJers! He immediately stepped his game up and really made up for the slow start to our meal. He has a great attitude and made this group of ole ladies ?smile! BTW.. Whoever came up with the 6 seasoned thighs? OMG!! Thank you!!
Worse service! I had good experiences with BJ's but this was my first time at this location and it was horrible! Came here to celebrate . We waited over 20 mins to have a waiter to come to our table. He cleaned the table before we were seated so he knew we were seated at the bar. No acknowledgement that we were there waiting patiently while he served a party that came in after us and checking on everyone but us. Of course, I walked out and I asked to speak to a manager to only tell me that the manager was busy. I was okay with this ,as I know it may have been a busy night. However, there was no follow up.Won't be back at this location. Took my business elsewhere with another restaurant down the street and had way better service.
