I've been here twice and the vibe is off the chain total surfer dude Bob Marley reggae beach music every song is as good as the last. The cleanliness of this place is unbelievable. You could eat off the floors. I forgot to post the menu darn it but I will be sure to be back. The staff is totally laid back , but efficientcy is everywhere! everything is as clean as a freshly waxed surfboard! Hang ten dudes go try this place. It's the best place on K Street for shady outdoor patio, off the sidewalk dining, or just chilling , sipping some unique studs or throwing down some appetizers, whatever your plans... stop here first , it will be a great start to your downtown experience in wonderful historic downtown Sacramento. Regular customer here since their opening day a few years back. Food always been the same and consistent. Inside/outdoor patio is very charming and staff always has a great attitude during the rush. Absolutely love it here.Name of sandwich: Surfin Bird.Aside from my personal experience,The owner, Sean, has also been helpful with a last minute order for my firm late evening yesteday and this morning. Very accommodating, upbeat personality, highly communicative, and delivers exceptional customer service. Definitely looking to have them cater our firm meetings in the future.Thanks again Sean!
Not great customer service at all try to call me explain to the manager about me getting a mail and she stated oh she can’t reimburse me back I would love to speak to someone in corporate office because I was trying to explain to her that my time was messed up for my lunch and I wanted a meal and it was stated to me you guys didn’t have any chips or sodas available and the manager asked me that I DoorDash no I did not actually call the order in and for her telling me she doesn’t wanna refund me or help me out is very disrespectful and unprofessional I would never go to K St. to order a sandwich from beachhead deli I always go to Jay Street they’re very very nice and professional
Great sandwiches, friendly staff, and an awesome clean atmosphere! You can't go wrong with Beach But Deli. Their sandwiches are filling and taste great.
Worked with Sean and crew to pick up 25 meals for a basketball team luncheon. They were SUPER accommodating, courteous and efficient! Often with large groups, there will be 1 or 2 kids who don’t care for the menu, however all of the kids and staff thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices that put large chain establishments to shame. Follow that up with a State Championship win later in the day, we will certainly return in the future!
Omfg this is the next level deli everyone must visit when on k st in downtown sactown!!! I'm having a hot Santa Cruz and a lagunitus ipa I'm already halfway through it . Slammin and jammin!!!! Hold on I have to two hand this second half first bite... That's what's up.!!! I was greeted by the boss at my table!!! And they have two Kool pinball machines and a great little selection of local craft beers on tap and I'm now finished with my meal ... I inhaled it and it hit the spot. !!!! Come eat and drink and maybe meet a girl named Mary LMFAO.!!!!

I visited here on December 16 and found not a single employee was wearing a mask. This was after the new indoor mask manages had started the week prior.
Great ownership at this location and even better food and drinks. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!
The staff let their noses hang out of their masks, and it totally creeped me out.Also, I ordered a surfin’ pig to go, but got beef instead. So they got my order wrong.I won’t be going back.
