Good food but 20 minutes to get a sandwich when it’s not busy is bad
This is how they treat your food. This is how much they care. Not only was my food STONE COLD, they left this joke on top to tell me "sorry". This is not the first time they messed up like this either. Today marks the last time I'm eating there again.

First time ordering from this location, and I just have to say that the people working here were all really nice. Friendly and accommodating… and of course, the food is delicious here. It just seems like customer service has gone by the wayside lately in some places- it’s nice to see a place that makes a point to hire really great people who provide awesome service. Thank you!
Great sandwiches. Staff is friendly. Much better alternative to fast food when in a hurry after work.
The sign says 8pm, the website says 8pm, Google says 8pm... But guess when they close? I dunno, but I know I showed up at 730pm and the lights were low, doors locked, chairs on tables, and people cleaning.Not that big a deal, I suppose, to just go somewhere else but I'm on a 1hr break from the hospital down the road. Kinda ruins my time a bit when I have to rush.On the upside, I did have a sandwich there in the past and it was pretty good.. perhaps a little pricey though.
Out of all the beach hut deli's I've been to this one is the worst, cashier telling me "I'm not taking your order because you don't have a mask", oh by the way everyone inside is waskless because they're eating!!! I'll take my business where they don't step on my rights, saw several other customers leave because the ask you to wear a mask BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MASKS TO PROVIDE!ZERO COMMON SENSE
First time coming here and I’ll never come back again they made me the wrong sandwich and won’t refund or remake my sandwich thanks for the first and last experience and yes I will attempt to dispute the charge
Asked for no bacon kindly multiple times, due to my religious beliefs. Still didn’t care to listen to me. Customer service, is as horrible as it gets. Mask policy is also not enforced.
Ruben sandwich was meat on toast with lettuce and tomato....Not a Ruben people!!
