So I went to the deli and I ordered my food. Once I got to my location I realized they didn't give me the bread I asked for. When I called and mentioned I talked to Adriana and she said "if both sandwiches were not touched I can return them" umm ok. So when I pulled up I showed her both untouched sandwiches and told me my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I then asked what they were going to do with the opened sandwiches. She said "throw them away" I mentioned why throw them away when I can take them or give it away to homeless. She got a attitude and said well "that's why you returned them." No I returned them because you got my order wrong. I spent time gas and missed a meeting and Adriana tried to tell me if you order a California sub you need to mention the bread. Adriana this ain't my first time at beach hut and you need to work on your customer service.
Great food and dr atmosphere an the prices are comparible to others of such sandwiches

Had a salad for 1st time today, usually a Shark Bite kinda girl. Impressed with size and options. Lemon vinaigrette was a perfect dressing. This location is hit or miss on bread freshness, guessing a symptom of Covid. The beer selection usually has a little of everything.
I just ordered for pick up the pig kahuna. When I got home and opened my box, and it smelled a little funny. My husband took a bite and instantly spit it out saying "something is wrong, it's mushy and tastes weird" I examine my half and it smells and tastes like tuna. Then my other sandwich came with avocado, but 1 got 2 slices I wouldn't even say 1/4 of an avocado. First time here and now the last.
I have tried going there twice now. Both times they have been out of basic menu items. The first time I got something different art their suggestion and didn't like it. The second time I just walked out. If you're going to be out of things for an extended period of time Mark it as being out.
Saw this on fox40 live and wanted to try it so I did and it turned out to be a flop. I was disappointed the Philly was waayy too salty and the other sandwich was a Santa Cruz I believe and it was also not much of anything in my opinion. Last time going here
Great sandwiches we had the shark bottle shark bite absolutely wonderful but we didn't have tobacco put on it we had a beer and chips absolutely good
Had beach hut before. For a $19 sunrise sandwich it was much smaller than the other beach huts. Next time I'm hitting togos for $11.
They often forget things on sandwiches. Like if you try to add avocado or even ranch dressing that comes with the sandwich normally. I love Beach hut but this is not a great location
