Today I go at 2pm at this shop to take banana split and mi husband but they 2 employee not do they job they attending watever and when is are turn the American girl ignore mi husband when he ask for smudy and asian and the ather she don't know her job are not idea she serve the 3; scoops she talk 15 minute's later she don't have strawberrys and we said is ok you can put yes little whatever she have but she walking and walking with the banana split and and walking they go are not where for ather 5 minutes the ather ignore mi husband and he need the smudy but she never do so 40 minutes later mi banana split is meelty she don't care the bun business bud service the American girl look me descriminatio n
Horrible service, shouldn't talk about other employees that aren't there infront of customers. It's unprofessional and the lady who was helping us was rude and same with the lady who checked us out. Instead of standing around doing nothing, you should take orders and not rush the people who were in line.Asking me 4 times what I ordered, rushing me to remember because everyone else doesn't. Complete joke.

The ice cream is good, but the service is slow. 2 employees behind the counter, but only one is helping customers even though 3 people waiting in line. I've noticed this on more than one occasion during the evening hours.
I admire a well run business. The atmosphere from walking through the doors is uplifting when I’m already happy to just have ice cream.Clean, well lit and they carry both our favorite ice cream, Reese’s peanut butter cup and chocolate peanut butter. They also have dairy free choices.Large parking lot. Quick and friendly service.

I went to Basket Robbins on Kiefer Blvd and received the best customer service from CeCe. This girl was excited for her customers and was helpful. She was above the bar with customer service., I definitely will call her manager tmrw to share this. I will return to this store when I come visit my Aunt again. ?
