I was waiting in line and then this girl worker comes and tells me I'm going to ring her up so I moved. After she left me standing there and someone else came and helped. Very rude and disrespectful. Not ok
Multiple visits, most recent I entered to check and see when they were expecting to get their German chocolate cake icecream in, since it's a flavor of the month. I simply wanted to know what month it was tied to. Which was met with, no we don't have it. No we don't normally carry it. Someone else came up and said the same things, then finally understood my question, but said they've never had it, or at least for the past few years, when I got a packed quart of it here last year.But I don't expect anything more from a place that refused to pack quarts for me on multiple occasions due to the ice cream I wanted packed looking 'too new'If you can handle a bit more of a drive. The one at the end of Florin in Meadowview is much better Baskin Robbins. In terms of customer service, welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness etc.

This is mainly because i cannot stop thinking about the review from new years eve.We close the store at 9:00, this information is posted everywhere. If you come to the door after we close we cannot let you in because 1) we have already cashed out the register, 2) we need to mop and clean the store thoroughly (this usually takes 15-30 minutes if its been a slow night), we cant do that if we have customers.With that being said, the person who tried to come in on NYE after close showed up at least 15-30 minutes after we had closed. They yelled at us through the window that they were a doordash, at the time we did not have the system to know what to make before it needs to be picked up. Everyone on shift that night was ready to leave when this incident occurred. Our ice cream tubs were covered, water was turned off, everything washed and put away. Because the three of us were spending most of the night working we had a Martinelli's sparkling apple cider toast to the new year. The person at the door yelled at us that they would not leave until we served them, at this point in it was 9:45 ish. We called security because we wanted to get home to our families and did not feel safe leaving the store while someone was standing outside waiting for us. We were not laughing because of this, we might have chucked because we felt uncomfortable and our form of coping to these scenarios is comedy.
Very rude and disrespectful tried to see what was going on with my order that I had placed over an hour ago to my surprise they said that they are now closed and laughed at my face and I wasn’t leaving because they had already changed me for it so they called security on me while all this was going on they was laughing at me and my kids and drinking beer in side the store. They’re rude, disrespectful, and on top of that they are some intoxicated drunks that don’t need to working there, especially with people that are going there with their kids!!!!
Customer service was great with a smile ice cream preparing was awesome the ice cream itself was delicious. Going back again for another one soon ?????
Delicious. Baskin Robbins has always been one of my favorite ice cream places. However, the young asian woman who attended me at this location right now, was not very friendly and acted like I was a bother. I only ordered a single scoop ice cream cone. After I took my receipt and kindly said “thank you” she turned around and didn’t say a word. It was about an hour before closing time so maybe she was tired and stuff but it was still kind of awkward. She should remember to be a tad bit more professional; it really does make a difference and it looks better on people. The other guy in there cleaning was very nice. Other than that the ice cream was good.
The girl that served us didn't have her mask on right, it didn't cover her nose
NO MASK ENFORCEMENT!! Love Baskin robins but it was upsetting to see they are not forcing their customers to abide by the mask rule. I understand the area we live in trust me I live around the corner, but most people will understand and some won't either way dont risk everyones health because you dont want to deal with the back lash.
