I went to buy cake for my Daughter birthday their 2 employees were working on the front desk were very rude had very bad attitude I asked them to buy cake with writing they said they don’t do I asked them to buy the stuff I can write myself they said they don’t have I was trying to pay them cash they said they don’t take bill unprofessional staff bad customer service bad behavior with customer I will never recommend this place to anyone be aware from this business

I went into this store food and trash all over the floor It was busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt I grabbed a cake out of the freezer section proceeded to the counter to check out asked the employee to please write my sons name she said the cake decorator was not there so no I asked if they wouldn’t mind selling me icing that way I can do it myself at home again the answer was no as she was about to charge me I had changed my mind about the cake not just because of them not being able to write his name the area in the back was a filthy mess that is what made me change my mind as I pulled out my card and told her never mind she proceeded with the purchase I asked for a refund they said no they had called the store manager the store manager would not provide me with cooperate nor the franchise owners contact she insisted that they do not give refunds there was no signs anywhere clarifying that and blamed me as the customer that I should have asked before wanting to buy it my 5 year old was very disappointed not only did I tossed the cake I had to go to cold stones to a more professional environment and better quality

Customer service at its worst. Confused employees all huddling at one order asking each other questions while a line of customers awaits. ( Lack of leadership and store running protocol). The floor manager is even worse.. she's walks around not knowing what to do... Just sad. Orders talks so long to get ready and and still poorly prepared.

Ok I don’t mean to be like a Karen but I’m pregnant and so great at customer service that this was one to complain about in the comfort of my car.Entering this place was so not welcoming. Out of three people on the floor nobody even Acknowledged that I was there. I just wanted a single scoop of ice cream. There was one other man in front of me and even he was not told I’ll be right with you or anything. These young kids don’t know how to service anyone. Sad to see how unprepared they are to run a business. Poor management I guess. Anyways, I asked if there was anyone running this side of the store ( Baskin- Robbins ) and out of all three only one decided to answer me that he was on his break and the other two were busy making sandwiches. Dude what the heck are you doing on the floor then!!!! And when I worked in my first jobs I knew that while on break, if you need to help get these customers services and out, you can restart your break after by law! He was on his break but still being told by the other staff to check something. And so he did. Oh and on top of that he answers the phone! All while on his break!!! THOUGH YOU COULDN’T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU’RE ON BREAK SON! I WALKED OUT PEACEFULLY. I didn’t say a word but I just walked out. Couldn’t handle the it.

I've had two bad experiences at this BR location. The first visit the ice cream flavors were mislabeled and the options were very limited; definitely not 31 flavors. Still, the clerk was nice and helpful just a little slow.The second visit, I was never acknowledged by any workers and the counter was not occupied. A manager walked by me, as well as a clerk (twice). She was right next to me putting away an ice cream cake. Not of one them took the time to greet me or even offer a, "we'll be right with you." I left without making a purchase.

Everytime I go to this this location flavors are limited should not be 31 flavors more like 11 flavors .. ordered two banana royales and I promise between the both of them there was a total of 2 scoops of ice cream.. we literally ate bananas almonds and whipped cream .. The staff on the Baskin Robin's side needs to be trained way better... I always bypass this location to go to the well more established Northgate location and tonight I decided to give them another chance after previously equally horrible experiences... QUICKLY REMEMBERED WHY.. THEY DEFINITELY LIVED UP TO THEIR REPUTATION... THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD CLOSE THEM FOR THE UNCLEANNESS THEY EXHIBIT....

Went there to buy a birthday cake for my daughter. No one at the counter. No one at togos counter would acknowledge my existence. Stood there with cake in hand for 10 minutes. Finally just put it back in the freezer and left.

I’m glad we have a local ice cream shop in the neighborhood, however every time I have been there all the empty tables are dirty and the dining area looks messy. I wish the staff could keep the place clean and ready for the rotating customers to enjoy the great product in a better environment again and again.

How can you be advertising a brand new drink all over the store and not have it available. Then I've got a secondary choice and it was terrible. His only reason I gave it a one star is because the employee was a sweetheart and you could tell felt very bad about the situation

Baskin Robbins are great and the workers are helpful and friendly. I took my grandchildren there and as soon as my grandson received his scoop it fell on the floor, but one of the workers their cleaned it and gave him a new scoop. Thank you kind sir. ? I would definitely go again.
