Great food too many to choose from. I was their for a friends birthday gathering. I ended up ordering the TeX Mex Bowl, it was pretty good but kind of spicy (for me). The waitress that helped us is African American, sorry don't remember her name but she was fantastic. Although, she was the only one servicing our tables plus other customers. ??? Keep up the awesome bubbly, kind attitude and concern of others of their need. Tip my hat off to you my dear. Grateful to be our waitress. ???
First time at this location. Bf and I found a seat at the bar. The bartender...I think he spoke all of 5 words to us all night? Which isn't a huge deal but it definitely gave me the impression that ordering anything was a bother to him. We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer and 2 entrees. Drinks were good. Appetizer came out quickly but it took us a while to get silverware and napkins from the bartender because it was impossible to get his attention. The guy was definitely struggling to manage the space. The bar top itself was covered with the dirty dishes of prior customers and the surface was sticky. One other staff member came by to "help" and only managed to wipe down one small area in front of 1 chair and then walked away, leaving the dirty rag and spray cleaner sitting there. He never went back for it. I took a picture of the dirty plate that sat there next to us for the entire time we were there. I didn't get water I asked for. Entrees were fine, my bf's pasta was a little cold.Was it the worst experience ever? No. Would we return? Probably not.
Very disappointed. It took 25 minutes for them to take our drink order and the appetizer to meal was bad. The staff they have is not pleasant at all. I won’t be back to this location. We asked the chips be topped off and the waitress laughed walked away and started cleaning a booth. When the food came (we never heard more about the chips) my quesadilla had NO QUESO!! Our drinks were NEVER refilled even though we asked several times. There are 8 parties of 6 or fewer and 6 staff in the dining room but it took over an hour from seating to food coming out. We ordered 2 bowls and an appetizer as a meal. The bowl was supposed to come with a breadstick when it never came I asked where the breadstick is and that same waitress that laughed about the chips advised me they are out and have been for awhile with an attitude like I should have known. The food was cold. They fell off. This used to be the spot to go!!The managers excuse for the poor service was “people have gotten meaner since COVID” I was pleasant so that excuse didn’t fly. She had a horrible attitude.
OK so I'm going to be really honest. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was not packed at all. Then we had to wait a really long time for someone to take our order. My best friend started ordering our food on the tablet. My best friend and I had our kids with us so after we ate our food which was very good and we didn't wait to long for our food, our kids had to use the bathroom and the bathroom smelled like sewage really bad. I almost threw up due to the smell was so bad. Our waiter was very nice.
Been here a few times, always a decent to good customer service experience. The food on the other hand always has some problems and there steak is a joke. It's always tiny and never actually what they advertise. (Eaten many steaks before and I know what a 6z or 8oz steak should look like). Other than that, there proces are okay. Chile's is a lot better in my opinion, food wise and price wise.
Had small birthday dinner for my grandson, our server was pleasant and accommodating. The food came within a reasonable amount of time and was hot. Our party of 8 had a very nice time and a good experience.
Ordered the 2 for $30. Had the boneless buffalo wings for an appetizer. They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Ordered the Whiskey Bourbon burger - big burger with great flavor (the steak sauce was awesome). It actually looked like the picture on the menu which is very rare. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. The waiter was friendly and very accommodating.
My steak was very good last night was surprised that it was so good. They must have changed the cooks or somethingOnly problem is that there wait time is long they say "due to Covid" I feel like everyone is saying that now in businesses.I sat at the bar , I noticed alot of employees walking in and still people are outside waiting. There were alot of empty tables for them to sit at.Where is the swarm of employees that walked in how come they couldn't sit those people down that have been waiting
WOW...the customer service here is impeccable. Connie S. the Supervisor on Staff was amazing. Please leave her a positive review on the corporate website if you can! She and her staff are awesome.
Terrible service...... They aren't even that busy and there are plenty of tables that are open and there's a 30 to 40 minute wait to be seated. Keep in mind there are tables on both sides. I ask can we sit at the bar? They say no because the bar tender has to serve the bar and a section of seated people. I say what does that have to do me? And the bar is only half full which really annoys me. We went across the street to Chillis, screw Applebee's.
