My visit here with my family for my Mom's 60th Birthday was ok, she arrived early and got the table for us (6 people 2 children 4 adults). Cassidy was our server for our table, she was nice and took our drink orders then our food, then we had 4 other people bring our food and bill which seemed kinda weird but then just before we left the hostess that was at the door seating everyone brought my mom her free Desert Donuts with fudge and Carmel that was delicious. The thing that was different here was a couple things: Manager never came to say hello like they used to, hostess' were at the front playing on their phones during downtime(2 of them)not sanitizing the menus, 4 different people to bring our food, extra napkins, and being told by our server "Sorry I didn't come back to fill your drinks I was working on a table of ten" they were there 20 mins after we arrived, lastly the silverware for children is the same size for adults and no crayons for their kids menu..Overall it was good but maybe because of all the covid stuff still going on quality of service and attention to visitors needs some work but Thank you for services were provided We Appreciated that!
Our server was so so beautiful and omg she delivered world class service to not only us but all the tables she was serving…..Then my eyes caught her name tag… her name was Heaven. She is truly which I can confidently say Heaven on earth.Lucky is her manager that she is representing the brand.Keep up the wonderful work:))
First, let me say there were only 4 of us at 1 pm. Our waitress was not very attentive. We had to ask for refills on our drinks, and two of us got our plates, which, one was a salad, and no dressing brought out. The other 2 of us had to wait 10-15 minutes for our plates. Then, the waitress seemed to be irritated when we stopped her to ask for the dressing. It was a disappointing service. I think our waitresses name was Joyce (or something similar to this)
Our service was good. The server did ask us if we were ready about 4 times in less than 10 mins which made me feel a little rushed. My steak was cooked perfectly but my wife's was overcooked. The men's restroom did not have paper towels and I told the staff. About 30 mins later, I went to the bathroom and they still didn't have paper towels. Drinks we're great. Overall, it was a good experience but they do need to tighten up a few things.
Date Day with BFL and son and daughter had a wonder time service was great food was hot and fresh awesome atmosphere but this was my experience recommend your come and tried it for yourself won't be disappointed
Got seated and served very quickly. Had their Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Hot off the grill .. it was still sizzling.
My friend and his friends were looking for a place to eat and I told them Applebee’s as it one of my favorite places. Considering they close at 11 I called them 25 minutes before closing just to make sure I can send them there, she said we take the last order around 10:45 so you good because my friends were just 5 minutes away.. I also gave her the name, that this person and his friends will be there in 3 to 4 minutes.I was on call with my friend, when they reach there lady is like sorry I we can’t take you inn. I was soo embarrassed. Regardless of how much I love this place, they really made me upset.. I didn’t know what to say but just sorry to my friend and his friends as well..And they were really rude to my friend because he was explaining how I called them and they said yes we can come.Very disappointed ☹️
The food was good. Portion sizes weren't MASSIVE which is good. I have a pretty healthy appetite and some places still just give way too darn much food. Not the case here. It wasn't too expensive either.Got the free veteran's day meal for my dad. He seemed to enjoy it. It was from a specific menu they had for vets, but it was also on the regular menu as well and not just some tiny thing they throw together because it's free. Thought that was kinda nice.Given that they were giving free food away, I was grateful that there was no long line. The restaurant seemed to be close to full considering Covid restrictions, but there was pretty much no wait at all. We were seated immediately and I was surprised at how quickly the food came out. They did have this special Mountain Dew flavor I wanted to try, but unfortunately they were out. It's a little too bad because allegedly it's an exclusive flavor, and I don't go out much. So I'm likely not going to get another chance to try it. Hopefully it's not limited time only and it'll still be there whenever the next time I go out will be.Over all, good food, good service. It was the number one place my dad wanted to go to get his free veteran meal and I can see why. He was not disappointed, so all good for me.
Do not like to say negative things about places I go the service started out great understand the bartender was very busy maybe you guys are shorthanded is banded that she should be behind the bar more help in the customers wanted to leave a good tip but she was more focused on a bigger table outside of her work I like going to applebee's but I think but I think there is something wrong there and you had a lot of open tables and we had to sit at the bar the bar not too happy
They had 5 people call out on that night. So there were only 2 servers. Even still the service could have been better. 3 items I was supposed to get with my meal never made it to my table.
