I’m a African American women who visited this location Today at 8 pm to pick up my DoorDash order inside and no one greeted me and I was left standing there for over five minutes waiting on the order while they all walked past me. No updates on my order then they forgot the drink and instead of making mines the girl makes ten other drinks while I’m still waiting for the customers order that should have been finished long ago. HORRIBLE CUSTER CUSTOMER SEVICE.
Food was super greasy you can tell it was made Hella sloppy, no thanks
Had some of the worst service I've ever experienced here. I've contacted their corporate office with zero response. Just... don't bother.
Waste of my time A&W not serving only KFC and they did not even have the classic chicken burger
Drive through only,A&W side closes early I believe 9pm, last couple of time my order has been wrong or missing items. And had to pull over to the front and waited for 20min (conservative time assessment) for my order. I love the A&W cheese curds but the last couple times have been way over cooked and just don't cut it for the craving. I only eat here once in a blue moon as it is very unhealthy but on those cheat days when craving that one really bad food you love I hope for a perfect delivery of flavor and service and that just hasn't been the case. I am on the fence about coming back to this location the next time I crave A&W.On a side note: please bring back the Barrel Style Root Beer it was way better than the fountain they switched to. I come here because of child hood memories and traditions with my son and the Barrel Style Root Beer and Floats were the whole Staple of our tradition.
This happens to be the second upset from this location. And it has gotten worse. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I requested no onions and received it with onions. Also the entire burger was really just a terrible mess. For me presentation is everything just as much as taste. My boyfriend has also ordered a chicken basket and never received any sauce for the chicken or honey either that comes with it.
They don't let you order food from inside even though your vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through.
They over stuffed the bag so burgers were smashed.
I didnt end up eating this. It looks like it was just thrown together and the meat tasted weird like it was old or something. I dont plan on ever going here again and I don't recommend anyone else does either!
My husband and son and I went to get root beer freezes & they did not have ice cream. Whaaat?!
