Bad for food taste, service and ambient
Rice noodles are more like 河粉 (the one use for soup noodle). 3 styles beef tripes taste okay. Price is steep for what you get. Mainland China style, not Cantonese (Hong Kong) taste

The servers are very friendly and always smiling, and I'm extremely happy to tip for 3 seconds of “service”.
The food is authentic and delicious .I will recommend the bbq rice roll and hk ice milk tea.

Yin Ji Chang Fen is a below average restaurant. I had lunch there today. The dining room was a mess. Half of the front area looked like a storage room. The row of booths on the left had dated and torn benches. They bragged themselves as Chang Fen King 腸粉王. They did not even wrap the Chang Fen property. Food quality was below average. Yet, they were more expensive than many better restaurants in the area. They used microwave to reheat food. They were creative. The bowl for congee was half of a small take out white foam box. I will not visit them again.
