Wagyu House was excellent! George was a great! He was helpful in telling us what was good and what was not. All of his recommendations were great.
The food was pretty good, but portions were kinda small and pricy. Service was good. I believe they charged extra for the sauce and sides too.... They had a little show in the center area at certain times or hours. I wouldn't really come back again since there's an all you can eat hot pot place I usually go to that is cheaper and has a ton of food selection to choose from for hot pot and with bbq too. Overall experience here was nice and food was good though. Reservations are for VIP rooms. We just walked in and waited about 15 mns.
We had a fantastic time at X-pot - especially the mask changing show! My kid was amazed by it and had so much fun!ZOEY was our waitress and she was awesome. She made sure we would not miss the show and waited for us to order. She was attentive and really sweet to my daughter. We hope to get her again. Front desk staff were friendly and took notes of us inquiring about the show to let Zoey know.Food was great - we tried many different hot pot places and the broth is tasty but not too overwhelming to take over the original tastes of the ingredients. We liked the meat consistency - didn't get the Japanese ones per our friend's advice - hotpot is not the best way to eat Japanese wagyu meat.Duck blood was surprisingly tasty ( in the spicy broth already) and the teddy bear was so cute!!We ordered the shaved ice as dessert ( it's huge!!) And they came out to sing happy birthday to me with a candle!We will definitely come again with family and friends!
Would rate 100 stars if I could! First time here and trying the hotpot with the cute little teddy bear! It was amazing! The broth and flavors were on point. I definitely recommend the bone broth and the spicy broth with the teddy bear of course ? The manager and our server were so kind and the best ever. They made sure our first visit there was special. They even gave us a free plate for free on the house! We decided to even buy the membership for 38.99 a year so we can get the buy 1 get 1 at the end of the month on Wednesday. We got seated very late close to 10pm after waiting for 2 hours and they were In no rush of kicking us out either and told us to take our time eating, despite the fact that they closed at 10:30pm. They even left us take home our leftovers in nice big bowls and a pretty bag. I will definitely be coming back again at the end of the month!
I have to say that this is restaurant is top notch. The quality of the meat is amazing along with the service. Leo really came through with the recommendations. Being my first time and wanted to try something new. You have to try the A5 Filet Mignon Sashimi. Place is a little pricey but overall worth it. Will definitely be back. Especially for the shaved ice!
This place just opened three months ago. I’ve been wanting to come here but I have not been wanting to drive. Today I came for my friend‘s birthday it was big 40. I wanted to take him somewhere different I knew that they had quality food but walking in the door the decor was unexpected in the best way.It’s in a plaza I didn’t even know how to get to before today. I made a reservation online but I got there early so they sat us early. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was Leo.I mentioned that it was our first time and we were celebrating a birthday he quickly wished my friend a happy birthday and then proceeded to explain the restaurant. He briefly went through where to find items on the menu and said he would give us some time to look it over.What I usually do as I asked for recommendations and favorites of the people who work there to give me an idea. Leo was really great about this. Instead of saying everything is good or picking out one or two things he specifically went through every section on the menu with his recommendations as well as favorites of customers. There was a lot of subcategories so I really appreciated him being so thorough.He checked on us consistently but not too frequently to disturb us. At times he would glance over to see if we had any issues. Kevin was another worker who would bust the tables and make sure water was full. He made sure to let us know to wave him down if we need anything in addition.We got the A5 sashimi, happy secret box of skewers, house Signature Wagyu platter & veggie and mushroom combo.There was a great selection of things I was a little overwhelmed at first because I wanted to try so many different things. But being I am at a Wagyu house I definitely had to focus on the Wagyu.To be honest the meat that came in the happy secret box was okay. It wasn’t that it was bad but hard when I start with the wagyu. The foie gras was delish.Leo demonstratedand cooked the first piece of meat for us till show us how long and how the meat should be so we get the best experience.I was surprised that you had to pay for the sauce bar but it wasn’t much and it’s worth it. The sign on how to make the signature sauces was helpful but kind of in the way for other people when you’re trying to reference it and go back-and-forth. Not sure if I even made it correctly because there was no estimate of how much to put of each ingredient in.Leo asked how the sauce is word I said there OK not sure if I made them right and he went and made me a sauce that I ended up splitting with my friend because it was so good.They brought out a sign and a plate sing happy birthday it really made my friends day he wanted to take pictures with it. Then we got dessert.The whole time I never felt rushed. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and polite.Oh yeah there was a show that came on. Someone’s performing in the main room. Leo came over to let us know if we would like we can walk over there to watch the performance.My experience from beginning to end was some of the best service I’ve had. The quality of the food was great as well. Definitely recommend and I will be back.
I had a lovely experience dining here with friends. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. We got the white pepper herbal pork stomach chicken pot and the bone soup. Both were delicious. There was a huge selection of sauces at the sauce bar along with some fruits and sesame balls. The wagyu was very high quality and melted in my mouth. One of my favorite dishes was the grilled wagyu skewers. It came out sizzling on top of hot rocks and it had an amazing taste. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would come again.
The service is great here... The servers keep in checking on us to refill the soup base... The portions was reasonable... There were 4 of us and we ordered 4 types of meat, some veggies and scallops and tofu skin and still had a little bite left overs... We've joined the membership to get 50% of the soup base...

We got the tomato soup base and the house spicy broth and both broths were so flavorful and delicious! We also got the Wagyu A5 combo platter and wow the quality of the meat is just out of this world and it makes the hot pot so much more rich and flavorful! I recommend coming here if you want a high quality meal because they deliver just that!
