Bad service my wings were sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and I ordered large fries and got 12 fries in a half empty box ,have got to improve service
We got medium size, good value for the price. The only thing I want to say, should have provided food in a flatter container instead of tall bowl for easier access to the ingredients you want.

Drove 20 min to get here only to be told they would not serve me due to not having my mask. It got stepped on at costco gas station and i was not putting it back on. Sad to see they would not help me out. 20 min and im still hungry. I have been here before and had no issues ordering. Very unfair and no compassion.

Best Poki in town with wings to eat. First thought Poki & Wings doesn’t seam to fit for someone like me looking for Poki but I was wrong. They have a very good selection of toppings and sauces. Big or small bowls with your choice of white or brown rice and an assortment of teas and boba drinks to choose!
Bad service!!! Been waiting for 45mins and there’s no one here. One lady give mine orders to one of the customer she know. She come after me. That lady that come after me got the food before me. She get hers about 10-15mins. I waited 45mins. I order at 5:33pm and get mine food at 6:15pm. Very bad service
The customer service was great and friendly. The outdoor patio area was nice. And they had sweet tea and Hawaiian Sun.... ?
I spent as much money as I would at a dine in restaurant and the food is sub-par. The wings literally may as well have been dry cause there is no sauce on them. And the way the wings are packaged basically ensures that grease will soak into both sets of wings so your flavors will be slightly mixed. Also I spent 30 min of my HOUR lunch here. Just go to Buffalo wild wings faster service and better wings. Also they charged me a meal but didnt give me the cup used for the meals and gave me a tiny water cup. Like really? I was under the assumptuon they didnt charge me and it wasnt until I got to work that i noticed. Lovely. Never again.
