They truly have the best Boba teas, especially the chocolate one but they are always understaffed and it takes for ever. The place is also suffering inside neatness due to lack of staff.
Order 5 drinks via Chowbus at 8:22, arrived @ the store at 8:55, drinks were not started. Waited for +30min, 4/5 drinks were made. Cant wait further, thus left.Lady in the front is diligent, but she was so short handed and was getting yelled at by customers. Guys in the back not helping and were making drinks slowly.Lack of management and what a shxx show to ruin the brand. Will not return.

You have to order the right drink that suit your taste. We like it but some of our friend hate it. We think the Alley is better than Tiger Sugar.
Ok...so, I've been here a few times and I can't say that this is my favorite location. I ordered the Ube Creme Brulee and I was SUPER disappointed. First, nowhere on the menu did it say that it has boba in the drink and the person who took my order did not ask if I wanted boba...which I did not. I had assumed that since there wasn't any boba at The Alley locations that this would be the same. When I asked if the drink came with boba, the person said, "We cannot remove them for you." I didn't ask if he could, but at least a gesture to remake the drink would have been nice.Secondly, the "brulee" in the drink had the consistency and flavor of mung bean and not the creamy brulee that other The Alley locations have.Overall, customer service was not great and drink was quite disappointing. I won't be going to this location again.
A boba place in Rowland Heights. One of many! Da Alley is located in Diamond Plaza, a now quiet shopping center off the 60 freeway due to all the construction on the adjacent streets. Decor is cute; industrialized and minimalist. I like the option of ordering teas in larger catering sizes. I haven't seen a lot of places do that. Service is fast and drink quality is acceptable.
I haven't had much her at the Alley, but my kids love it
