12/27 around 12pm. Made a total detour for Sul&Beans because I really wanted it before I left California (I live out of state and there are no Sul&Beans). I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to open at 12pm. A little past noon, I walked in with another customer who briefly left when they saw it wasn’t quite open yet. I stayed and waited for another 8 minutes for an employee. I was confused because the door was unlocked, the phone was ringing (it rang three times in the time I was waiting in the front), and I had seen an employee getting ready to open. Two more customers joined me. Finally, a young man came out from the back totally unaware that there were customers waiting. All he said was, “Look at the sign. We’re not open yet.” I replied that it was already 12:08 and THE BUSINESS DOOR said they opened at noon (as well as Google, Yelp, etc). He said, “Those hours are when there are TWO employees. It’ll be AT LEAST another 30 minutes to open.” I understand that it is stressful to work by yourself but to open 40 minutes past opening time with absolutely NO WARNING is, in my opinion, ridiculous. Also, if the employee wasn’t so rude and was apologetic then I would’ve been much more understanding. Anyway, they should write that on the door then, “There’s only one employee so we’ll open late.” Ridiculous. I watched that employee turn away another group of people before I left. I am disappointed about the bingsoo, but more than that, I’m upset at the way I was treated for entering the establishment when I thought they would be open (because they should’ve been open). I will never be returning to this location. I know my review won’t make a difference to their business but I just want them to know.

I had the Oreo bingsoo and it was very good. Prices are reasonable as well. Nice aesthetic inside and plenty of tables.
I always LOVE coming here! They're fast,friendly, and clean! And their bingsoo is always top notch :)My personal favorites have to be the soybean, strawberry, and matcha flavors 乁[ ◕ ᴥ ◕ ]ㄏI'm always making a stop here when I'm in the area!

Went here after having dim sum at the restaurant above this location. There was only one employee at this location. Luckily this was around 2pm so he wasn't too stressed out by making our orders.I never had bingsu before. I loved it. Having iced shaved milk is way better than frozen ice as you don't lose flavour when you are finishing the desert.The people with me tried the original (9.95), watermelon (10.95), and the fresh mango (11.95) bingsoo. All were great, but if you are wary of sugar stay away from this place as they do put a lot of condensed milk in each of them.Traditional bingsoo has red bean, and chewy rice cakes on top of the iced milk.Watermelon bingsoo was the most refreshing obviously and the water content cuts down on the condensed milk.Mango is a good choice with the mangos ripe and tart. Plenty of fruit was including.They were served in disposable plastic cups. I was hoping for bowls. Maybe the place being only staffed by one person is the reason for this. Serving size is good for two people.A iced water dispenser is available in front to cleanse your palate when you are done with the deserts.

My sister and I had never eaten bingsu/bingsoo before, so we thought we try this place out. We are so happy we did, because everything was delicious! The portions are BIG (we didn't realize this when we ordered), so you can definitely share with someone and still feel satisfied afterwards. We will most definitely come back for more!
Called in pickup last night .. they asked how long will you arrive ? I’ve never been asked that usually they tell you how long till it’s ready … I said 10-15 minutes … I came in 20 minutes later and they still haven’t even started my order CRAZY DO T ORDER PICKUP
Very packed post dinner time and no social distancing enforced... Takeoutbox wasn't good in storing the binsoo.
